I left one review but upon further review they sold my wife my a boat part when I needed a car part. I sent her to store with the correct part and still autozone sold her the wrong part. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.EDIT added a photo for proof: I think it's hilarious but it's also sad the lack of intelligence of the associates.

I went to this store a few days ago and I was surprised as to how friendly the staff was. I got helped by Jessica and she recommended the best parts for my vehicle. She also informed me about the military discount and it helped me save some money. Will definitely be returning in the future.

This Autozone has one of the best customer service, I always feel welcomed and their employees are always happy to help. The other day I went to buy some wipers for my car and a girl name Denisse I believe was her name, she had purple hair, kindly offered to help me with them even tho it was raining outside I denied but I still felt that was very nice of her.

The rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced from the lady in the front with purple hair. She was rude for literally no reason and on top of it she was there laughing on her phone while I’m waiting for some help. How is she still working there?But thank you to the guys that actually took over and helped me. Please re-train her.

The girl with purple hair help me find the perfect oil for my car and she explained to me why I don't have to put 10w30 to my car bc is a 2010 also she was nice to help find some parts I need

On 10/31/22 my car broke down about two blocks from your store at Palm and Picador. I went to the store looking for an alternator, Roberto found one at your store in Dennery Rd. I needed to walk all over to that store and Roberto told me he was finishing his shift so he can give me a ride to get my alternator, he waited for me and drove me to my car, he took the battery to his store for a charge while we was working on the alternator. When we finished he came back with the battery and I was able to drive back home. Thank you Roberto.

I've always gone to this autozone location since it's the closest one to my house, 2 mins in car. Here's a quick sum up, so I went in to buy a brand new battery for $250 when I bought it I replaced the battery in the parking lot and turned in the one I had in my car. I bought a new battery because my battery light kept turning on and off, so when I left the store the battery light kept turning in and off and I took it to the mechanic and he said that it's not the battery that's it was my alternator going bad. The following morning right when they opened I went to go return the battery since I did not need the battery at all and just get my battery that I gave them when I bought the new one. So I went in the store and like always everyone with their resting B face and just always having lame customers service. This old chubby short curly haired lady asked me what she can help me with and I told her that I needed to get a refund on my battery because of what the mechanic told me, so she ends up telling me that she can not help me and that they can't give me a refund at all and she asked me why I needed to return it as well. The whole time she was talking seemed like she just didn't care or bother to try and help me out. At this point I was just irritated because of her customer service (I always try to avoid this lady) it seems like majority of these people that work there know very very little of cars like these car part stores should hire people that know about cars and have good customer service. Anyways so I leave the store disappointed and irritated so I go back and get try to get my old battery back at least because like I said it wasn't the battery that was the problem it was the alternator, so I pretty much gave them a good battery that was in good condition. So the lady tells me that I have to pay for the core charge and that was fine so I told her that's okay so I go to my car to get my wallet and when I come back into the store she was helping another customer already so this elderly nice guy asked me what he can help me with, as soon as I start walking Tom the nice man she quickly stops helping her customers saying that " he bought the battery installed it on the car and he need to pay the core charge, I don't know you take care of that" she said that all with like rude tone!!! When she walked away the nice old man said he was able to help me and he did, he gave me my money back and my old battery back and I really appreciate this man he's a elderly Hispanic man I even told him that I really do appreciate him a lot for his help. If it wasn't for that musty old chubby lady that just caused so much irritation and madness I would of never left this review but with what happened with me and this lady I just couldn't Stand that specific worker on top of that these same aged young people were playing games on the register computer while there was customers LOL besides that this was just one of the worst experiences I've had here at my local auto-zone. If I could give a zero I would but that elderly man deserves a raise or something because he came in clutch .
