Warning extremely bad customer service, and worst bank you can bank with I have been trying to close my account for almost 2yrs..I told them close the account I don't care about the money ($2) after having to pay off a whole bunch of fees. They say I need to add another bank account first to close the account... Do not bank with them, the banking process (applying to open a business account) from start to finish was hell...I guess they are keeping it open to add to customer count...

Kelly Lord and his team where extremely easy to work with and made the loan process as painless as possible. They communicated effectively and responded promptly to any questions or concerns I had. Additionally, they went out of their way to make sure my loan closed on schedule. If I could rate them 0 stars I would. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone at all!!! The representatives are very rude and talk over you when trying to explain reason for delinquency. When I asked for a supervisor I was hung up on. It’s very frustrating to call back and explain everything over and over. They call non stop everyday at least 10 times even after right party contact. One person told me well ma’am you past due and can’t make a payment I’m not stopping calls.

Please choose any other bank. 0 customer service, agents lie regularly. If you can even reach one they are unable to solve problems and leave you in a lurch for weeks with the super slow responses that are vague and provide no solution.

I have been banking with Axos since before the rebrand when it was Bank of Internet USA, and I have relied on them for home financing three times now. Each time has been a pleasant experience with the best rates and lowest lender fees out there. This time around, I / we were assisted by Jarrett Carbone and we couldn't have asked for anyone better as he was extremely responsive and informative throughout the entire process. Thank you once again, Jarrett and Axos!

I just got a new loan for my duplex rental in Pasadena area. The experience was great and the assistant that the loan officer Melissa Wallen provided along with her team member Wendy Rosenthal & Mira Haggerty was greatly appreciate.The team were efficient and proficient, from start to finishes in about three weeks.Highly recommended. Assisted me in transferring $ from another bank to axos. We both thought the transfer went through. Found out that did not happen resulting in significant late fees. They will not waive the fees or have management talk to me.

Worst bank! Transactions are NEVER updated, unable to view funds online frequently. Today for example, it will only show transactions from over a MONTH ago, not current up-to-date transactions!

THIS BANK IS A SCAM. DO NOT BANK HERE THEY WILL CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON AND THEN SAY THEY WANT TO MAIL YOU A CHECK IN 90 DAYS. THEY ARE DEFINITELY HAVING LIQUIDITY ISSUES. ONCE THEY CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT THEY REFUSE TO GIVE YOU ACCESS TO YOUR BANK STATEMENTS. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

It has been great to do business with Axos. Competitive rates, streamlined process and very attractive side promotions which benefits the consumer. Jarrett was our loan officer and has bee great with us, accommodating even last minute requests. Would love to work with him again.

This bank is AWFUL!!!! The small business banking is always down. Spent 20 minutes on the phone with the 1st rep that changed my password and I kept telling the idiot it wasn't working, then after about another 2-3 minutes "oh, I see. This is a problem with maintenance, but we don't know when it'll be up, but keep checking back". Called back 10 hours later, spoke with another rep, that I could barely understand, took me through all the checks even after I told her it was a business account, then after several minutes, "oh, you will need to call back in the morning, the system is done". I asked "isn't this for business accounts? That's what the automated system took me through and the number". She goes "ohhhhh no, this is for personal". Trust me, go anywhere else.

Absolutely garbage customer service. Completely inept. As a result, my entire operation’s cash flow has been haltedGetting the simplest of tasks done is impossible with these people. Customer service is unresponsive despite SEVERAL follow up requests via various different methods and support team members. How does a business like this survive?
