About Balboa Mesa Shopping Center

Balboa Mesa Shopping Center is a local strip mall in San Diego with almost everything you'd want. It offers lots of food choices, groceries, a Japanese restaurant, a dentist, pet care, a jewelry store, a smoke shop, and a UPS store. The center is very clean. One highlight is Mr Fish and Chips, where the food quality is excellent, everything is made to order, and it is piping hot and delicious. The shopping center also features Tropical Star International Market and Restaurant, which has great Puerto Rican food and a take-out menu. For charging, there are Shell Recharge stations near the entrance.

    Nice plaza with plenty of good options from sweet treats to groceries also have places for a quick bite and conveniently located between fast streets and not too far from the freeway.

    Driving thru the dinky parlor by the 85C is sometimes annoying.
