The ATM broke and took our credit card... After two calls with bank of America and 30min wait time they rebooted the ATM and didn't give our credit card back... I had to pay 60$ for a new credit card

I was a BofA customer for 40 years with checking, savings and credit cards and also a safe deposit box. But no more! Although I maintained a high balance ($25K+) in my two cash accounts, BofA routinely put holds on bank checks from other financial institutions (e.g. Fidelity and Vanguard) for up to 10 days even though I always had WAY more in my accounts at BofA. They closed the local branch so we had to ditch the safe deposit box. No biggie since we have a safe at home. But, the customer service is abysmal! They no longer have 24h support but have some nasty people with horrible attitudes working as CSR's. It wasn't easy to switch and my credit rating took a hit (down to less than 800 but back up now) but such a relief to get away from this massive headache! BTW, we switched over to Capital One (0 day hold on ACH transfers from other institutions, 24h support, way better app, they pay interest on checking and savings and it is decent!, etc.) and everything is going swimmingly!!

Worst Bank of America of all time. Came in to deposit cash and the woman teller who is older and acts like she hates her life, made me do her job and count my money bc she said she's not allowed to count my money? Every Bank of America I've ever been at has counted my deposit with their money counters....because they're a bank.... Terrible service anyway, rude from the start. If the tellers can't "count money" anymore then I'll stick to using the ATM machines outside since they are 100% more useful than the actual people getting paid to sit around and be miserable.

I didn't know that this Bank of America location existed tbh. I just used the atm but both machines worked which is amazing because sometimes Bank of America atms are out of service or limited. There was a guard outside which is for safety reasons which I can totally abide by. The only think that is difficult is parking, but there is a couple passenger loading parking right in front. That was helpful to get my transaction done. There is a few paid meters as well.

Do not come here. Avoid it like the plague. Maybe it's not the bankers here itself, but just Bank of America. I came in on a Friday when it wasn't even busy. I have been sitting here for OVER TWO HOURS. The bankers here just refuse to help you out and they insist you go in a room and make a phone call to Bank of America headquarters. I've been placed on the phone and on hold for an additional 2 hours because the tellers didn't want to deal with it. Talk about a lot of diversity at this branch, you'd think it was family owned, they all speak one Middle Eastern language (presumably Farsi) and English. Very, very, rude and were discriminatory to me. Yet I had tens of thousands of dollars worth of fraudulent activity and they still put me in a room to WAIT FOR OVER TWO HOURS. The teller kept saying someone would assist me, and that that particular banker was helping another customer and she'd help me directly after. Guess what? She helped FOUR people that came in and IGNORED ME. FOR TWO HOURS. I'm active duty military deploying tomorrow and they don't seem to have a care in the world! I was getting very heated at this point and went to the teller who gave me a huge amount of attitude. She was talking crap on me in a different language to another teller, gossiping about one of their customers. Are you kidding me? I go in for help with my account and they gossip and berate me at this branch? If you think I'm not suing now, you're definitely wrong. You don't do that to customers. Another banker, that was promised to speak to me after serving 4 clients that came in AFTER me, finally came in and apologized. I called her out and saw them speaking poorly about me and making fun of me and she apologized and said "yes you know what it's not right." This is just absolutely insane. At other branches they'd treat you like a king, as you are there client, especially with tens of thousands of dollars in their bank keeping them afloat, they'd do anything they can to help you. I definitely didn't expect to spend my Friday and last day in San Diego getting harassed, bullied and berated by staff at Bank of America when I came to report severe, serious issues. They told me they couldn't help me, right ? The fraud department said that the branches can MOST DEFINITELY help me. To make matters worse, I asked to speak to a manager and they don't even have a manager! I'm filing a formal complaint with Bank of America. See you in court!

It's an atm, I put in my card and took out money. It does exactly what it's supposed to do
