This branch is full of incompetent employees. I came in to ask for a fee refund and for some reason was forced to sit down with a Mortgage Loan Officer who did not have the appropriate system access to take care of my need. I was then moved to an incompetent teller named Jose who improperly processed my request. He told me that he would reach out to me at a later time after escalating my request to his superior, but I was never contacted. Will never visit this branch again.

I come in and I'm asked for SSI number ID. that's to verify account then a woman in a brown dress suite comes and says I will help you in a minute. then she begins to sort out the store with the security. meanwhile the lady that checked me in is like walking back and forth watching me. it's already been 36 minutes of waiting time I was told the Maxx would be twenty. the floor is basically empty but I'm still here waiting for a person to conduct business with bank of America. it seems a little awkward and discriminatory that one should have to wait extensive time while others just flow thru it's not BOA standards

I needed to update my cashier's check. When I arrived to this location, they were quite helpful in resolving the issue. Particularly, the manager of this location, where she needs to be a district manager or higher. She was extremely helpful and quick to resolve my issue. I did not receive the survey by email, so I am submitting my feedback here. If you send me a survey I will be happy to take the survey.

Easy walk in location that has a live teller. My first visit had about 6 people in line however the person working the window was efficient and friendly. They also made recommendations on account upgrades that had additional benefits to improve my banking experience. Great job!

Terrible customer serviceMiriam the lady that did my wire transfer wrote the wrong account number off a picture i gave her and never apologozed never tried to fix the issue she went on lunch break!Is been more then a month i have been trying to salve this issue i have no help nobody cares hereEdit: almost 2 months now and no momey has been returnedThere is no manager to speak with they do not answer my complaint...un professional to say the least this place is run by incompetent people!

I was recently there and Miriam was the one to help me but she was not helpful at all in-fact she messed up my transaction of wiring money because she put in the wrong numbers that i showed her and when i went back to tell her to fix it she did not want to deal with it and left to go on a break. She is avoiding the issues that she has caused me and it is still not resolved over almost 2 months later. It’s ridiculous at this point. Not to mention that you need to wait at least an hour before someone comes to speak with you

I would give Bank of America 0 Stars if I could! They are constantly mailing me letters to refinance my mortgage, apply for their credit card, take out a business loan with them, but whenever you go to the bank to for the smallest issues they could completely care less. They have No customer service, and I will never using any of their services or products again!
