The customer service here is terrible. Went in for guidance and help but I was told that they couldn’t help me. When I went to another Bank of America they were kind enough to help me at the other location. I do not recommend this location.

Standing in line, 1 person ahead of me in line. 1 teller helping 1 person, while the other 2 tellers are chit chating, catching up and sharing pictures with the person they are helping. They do this while I and the person in front of me are just waiting.

If you need help from a banker ask for Victor Fisher. it is so rare to find someone as helpful and genuine as him. We needed assist with a complicated situation. We had been put on the back burner for a month. Victor made sure to help us as best as he could and honestly went above and beyond to reslove the current issue. He did not shy away or try to pawn us off simply because it was complicated to assist us. Bank of America is extremely lucky to have an associate like him!

Paulina, the manager, was extremely unprofessional and rude. She profiled me and declined to cash the check from BofA that was issued to me. She also refused to accept my interim driver's license and suggested I go to a check-cashing place instead. Telling me that that check I had her bank had nothingp to do with it. Made no sence. I was shocked by what happened. If you are reading this, Paulina, expect to hear from my complaint soon. Let's see if you have any more jokes to share.

They only had couple of agents working today, so the wait was longer, but it was worth the wait, Victor was able to figure out what was wrong and I was able to go home and correct my issue and learn about more about apps and banking, great experience ?

Sitting here on a Friday afternoon for the past 20 minutes. The line has not moved and they have only 2 tellers. Pathetic.

Literally the worst bank! I had to come here to cash a check (this isn't my bank) and have already been waiting 20+ minutes, I still have 2 people ahead of me! There was only 1 teller for half of the time. I'm so thankful I have navy federal, never again!!Update: it took almost an hour!!!

Just lost my business forever! I have been a loyal customer over 25 years. Unfortunate when the person put in place to help, (Paulina was her name) was just completly rude and disregards the words of not just myself but another customer as well. Felt free to talk about us to other customers about us however. I have worked in customer service for 40 years and will never go to this location again. Waited 50 minutes in line only to have Pauline put a customer that was behind both of us, (and was 20 minutes AFTER we walked in) ahead of both of us just dismissing our comments. I have NEVER been treated this way at ANY bank, much less the one I have supported for so many years. Unfortunate to say the least. I can see why thius location gets so many 1 star reviews. Tellers are doing the best they can in a BAD situation.

Theres no employes!!!!!!! Line was crazy! And the teller took 20-30min with one person!!!!!! Only one teller!!!!!

bad customer service... no enployees available to help, the line is out of control and they dont anything to help
