Black female (or male, not sure) manager that refused to give her name for a complaint, she also canceled my online order I had placed to reserve this item I NEEDED for my work requirements. Had to drive 45 minutes to make sure the last item that was in their stock that I ordered and paid for wasn't sold. Before going in, calling on the phone, was uncaring, interruptive and Told me I had to pay another ADDITIONAL $700 dollars separately if I wanted to pick up my item in store. Rude, disrespectful in person and on the phone. Told me to call corporate to verify the process which corporate validated her "process" was malpractice. And that the inventory is separate from online order which is not true at all. (Of course, if it was separated, why would it give You the option to see what's in stock at ALL) Other manager watched the whole conversation without any intervention or care for customer service or the customer need. Stated she hung up because I cussed her out, but of course she chose not to even own up to her fault, being the most useless waste of space in the building. I don't know who looks at this from corporate but that female needs to be immediately fired. Sad because the gentleman who helped me in the Apple Section was awesome and the only form of true customer experience through this shit show I write hardly any reviews, but I've been in the industry of customer service since I was 17. Waiting tables, tech, automotive, and hands down believe in good customer service. At least to an understanding. But this was hands down the worst experience from a person I've ever had to interact with.

Many staff members in the store but only one person at checkout? Was waiting in line for 15 minutes before i was even close in line so i ended up leaving and not buying what i needed.

I bought a Samsung TV at Best Buy. It lasted one month. They claim it is Out of Warranty and want me to bring it in and pay to fix it. I won't buy a Samsung or go to Best Buy ever again.

To start, all I can say is Best Buy is pretty fun you get me? Lots of cool tech. Honestly had a great time in there, my only gripe....wish there was a snack bar and a couch or something to rest my head. All that blue light from the screens got me feelin funky. Hope everyone had a good holiday, love you

I purchased a brand new MacBook Air 15-inch and picked up at this location. As it turns out, the MacBook had a blemish on the lid and a small scratch on the bottom. The box was never opened. Nonetheless, I brought it in for an exchange and was helped by Noah. He did an awesome job at helping me find a replacement. After opening it to check, to our surprise there was a blemish on the new one as well. Of course none of this was his or Best Buy's fault. It appears Apple has dropped the bar on quality control and it shows. After bringing it back and popping the lid open, there was another mark (like dried brown liquid spot) on the aluminum seam next to a key cap. It may be Apple, but never trust, always verify; especially when purchasing an expensive merchandise. Thanks again for the help Noah, you're the champ. Note for Best Buy: Please take more care when handling the merchandise box, it does impact the resale value in the future and some people (like me) care about the box. I noticed there were a lot of black spots on the MacBook Air box and dents on the corners, as if it was a used box.

I went to this location yesterday to buy some headphones. After deciding on a pair of Bose headphones that were on display, I was supposed to find the corresponding tag to take to the cashier so they could fetch it from the back. The matching tag wasn't there, so I found an associate who verified that the ones I wanted were in stock. He was nice, at least, and told me to take the tag for a similar item upfront, explain the situation, and that I would be given the pair I wanted. This seemed weird, and as I made my way to the line, I confirmed with a second employee that this was the correct thing to do. Then I reach the register, where I explain the situation for a third time. The associate returned from the back with the wrong pair, and so I explain, again, that the pair I want are in stock but there was no tag, etc. He told me that the first associate should have unlocked some storage area and found me the right pair to bring upfront to pay for. So, I ask if he can call someone to do just that. After making an excuse for why he couldn't "call" someone else, he looks over to the girl next to him (who happens to be pictured above and below) and says with annoyance, "she wants someone to walk her back to grab the display headphones". Is this such an incredible request?! Then, picture lady smirks and says "I can't grab those.. they're attached to the wall." UGH. This is not that complicated, people. Conclusion: I left the store unable to purchase something that was IN STOCK. These people were unwilling to do anything but the bare minimum, and I'd say even failed at that. Managers, you should pay attention to the feedback you're getting on customer service.

David Harris is a gentle soul with epic knowledge. His welcoming mannerism infectious. The Moment my brother and I walked in to this *Best Buy location* David made us feel so welcomed . His professional approach is phenomenal 5 star doesn't make it justice to rank his energy and service ! David is a great asset to your company ,!! if only there were a handful of Davids in this world World would be a better place! Thanks a billion for the service and your excellence David !

September of 22 my teenage son went on a website claiming to be Best Buy Geek Sqad to get his Ear Buds fixed. The website ended up being fake scam and had him go buy gift cards to pay for the repair. He called me and was confused and told me what happened. I immediately called Best Buys gift card line and explained what happened. I was told they were able to flag the cards and the purchases that were made by the scammers. I was told to call back with case number 2959920 if I didn't hear back. I did eventually hear back and was told the purchases were intercepted and my son would receive a gift card in the mail for the amount ($500). I never received any cards in the mail. I called back and was told the gift cards were sent to an email address. The email address did not belong to me or my son. I believe the gift cards were sent to the person working at Best Buy. I was told again they would look into it and get back to me from corporate. I called about 20 times and not able to get my son's money. The purchases were intercepted. Best Buy gets to keep the items and the $500? So they are now the ones scamming my son out of his money? I can't get a hold of anyone in an actual store to help. I've asked to have a regional manager call and response. I filed a complaint with the BBB and finally a rep Carlos from the corporate office called He was no help he told me I needed to contact the original store. Which I did and they let me know the money was never refunded by Best Buy. So this million dollar corporation is scamming my son out of 500 dollars.

I ordered a refrigerator on 11/9/2023. And the initial delivery was scheduled on 11/21. Then it was rescheduled to 11/25 due to the manufacturer's delay. Then again rescheduled to 12/14 for the same reason. Now I got a message about delay again to 3/5/2024. I called the BestBuy customer service for each delayed schedule and heard the same reason and confirmed the new delivery dates. Now on the occasion of the 4th delay, I have to criticize several points about my order experience at BestBuy: 1. I chose BestBuy to purchase this item among many other stores, including Home Depot, Costco, Lowe's, etc., when all of them offered same price at that time, because BestBuy's delivery date was the earliest, as I sold my current refrigerator and needed a new one ASAP. 2. I could understand there could be a manufacturer's delay, but it should be only very exceptional, and major electronic stores like BestBuy should schedule the delivery of the products as accurate as possible. However, my experience of this order just demonstrates how much BestBuy cares more about the manufacturer than customer. How could I understand when the delivery schedule changed right next day after confirmed the date, and it happened several times in a raw. How BestBuy's order system works to schedule the delivery without considering the product's availability. It's a big curiosity. 3. We can live without television, but hard to live without refrigerator. Where could we store our frozen food after sold old refrigerator based on the original delivery date of the new one, but when it's delivered 4 months later? It's not just as simple as "reschedule or cancel" when it's delayed. 4. The delivery schedule is a covenant with customer, who chose BestBuy among others, and sacrificed their chances to choose a different store who is more sincere to their promises to the customers. So BestBuy had to double confirm the product's availability before schedule the delivery to the customer. The early delivery date without any promise couldn't be a business strategy to attract customers. Otherwise it'll be a just scam.

Only reason I gave it 1 star was because of the young lady working curbside pick up. Very nice young lady. Was not her fault that they told me my order was ready and they did not even have it . After almost an hour of waiting for them to find the watch I ordered. Then I was told I need to cancel the order then purchase it again. WTH !! Was not my fault . Why should I have to do all this . On top of that they did not honor the Black Friday price that I paid for it. Never again Best Buy !!

I ordered items online for pickup and the online process was just fine as Best Buy had some good holiday deals and always has a wide variety of items to choose from. Arriving at the store they were quite disorganized and didn't have enough employees working the pickup area so the line moved slowly. They really need to do a better job with staffing as there were other employees in the store that didn't look busy and could have helped out the order pickup area.

There has been one word that so t many adults many have called the playground and one of the greatest stores where you can find the many things that many adults like to shop at a store where you can touch and test the many items and still have time for fun and test the Electronics with the many bells and whistles. The many years that the blue and yellow company you have some of the greatest cameras and the best in computers when you come to the Best Buy Store you have come to the playground with a store where you can get many things ordered and be able to find the best in movie selection. Best Buy is one store where you can come and ask the many questions and be able to get to see the many products with the many phones, with the holidays and some of the easiest gifts you can get the hard for shoppers with the gift cards and the computer gaming Steam Cards they can be used to accesses for other games that can't be opened on the phone. Best Buy has been the one on the front line for students and the many educational computers from the4 tablets with the laptops that have been on the front with many schools. The many times that I have shopped at the Best Buy store which I have found some of the best products with the techs are the most helpful and the recommends can be very helpful with Holiday Shopping helping with finding the many past movies. The many great prices you can find the many things Best Buy has the best offers with getting many orders from the Main office helping many getting orders from the many websites which Best Buy can match the many prices. Mission Valley has been the store and the location that I had purchased my camera and the travel tripod that has helped with many pictures and the many harder shots with the many travel locations. I had seen the many advertisements of the Buy Store many of the price deals that had great prices for the many cameras a tech that was able to help me with a camera warranty Including the best tripods. Best Buy Mission Valley is one of the best locations customer services oriented with the best location with the Mission Valley West Mall close by across the street. To the staff at the Best Buy Store Mission Valley Mission Center, they are one of the best groups and the managers they have shown great customer service and the support they give to their employees. As a Yelp Elite Reviewer Best Buy has been one of the best stores with the large store when you enter the store you can see many products to see what they have you have come to the Ultimate Electronics Playground the Holidays are here with the many great products some of the best even with the last-minute gifts there are so many gifts with many products from phones to the laptop tablets. Happy Holidays to one and all have a great Holiday shopping season.
