Sue the cashier lady acts like she owns this Best Buy. I was told headphones were up front, cashier told me they don't have them upfront, I had to wait extra 15 mins for the stuff to bring it over. I was in a rush planning to buy it and in and out. Sue was shooting looks at me, didn't get a welcoming vibe front her at all. She is one of those who acts like they know more than the rest of the world

This morning I took an item which I was received by a friend as gift to the store in Mission Valley San Diego to Exchange or return, I trying to explore what are my return options with the associate who was helping me that I wanted to do in a way the person who gifted to doesn't find out , suddenly I was told that it's been returned to the account which was purchased by my friend without my consent or agreement, when I asked him to reverse the transaction all I hear was sorry I can't. since it his fault I was expecting something to be done to reverse or compensate the damage. unfortunately when his manager show up she gave the same response which didn't help me at all, Then the security guard by the name of Bill came and asked me to leave the store before resolving my problem which was created by Talon the person who helped me, I was mad since his the store manager grabbed the Item from my hands in very rude manner and hide it under the counter, this happened today on Tuesday December 26 after 10:13 am This incident caused me to be extremely embarrassed in front of my long standing friend which I have no Idea how to handle. I am not sure what you can do about this issue but I expect Best Buy co come up with some idea how to compensate this humiliating situation . especially when the guard (Bill) acted very rude too. Best Buy is okay. This one is the same as the rest.Asking staff if they carry a particular item is not always going to be a good way to find what you're looking for. Three times in a row I have asked an employee if they had a particular item in stock and they have told me that they don't and that I should check online - only to find the item in the store after some looking. So, self reliance is key here.

This is by far my favorite store to get stuck in. I mean for a while Walmart was okay, but man I love my tech and I love my gadgets, and I have lots of them and I always want more. Literally if you send me in there by myself with just the simple goal of asking a question about returns, I'll probably walk out 45 minutes later carting out and OLED TV. I get stuck in this store, and when I had a lot more cash flow coming through I was here a lot. This place probably is responsible for a good 80% of the tech in my house or rather my studio apartment. Which is quite large for a studio. Their prices definitely veer on the pricier side, especially considering this is Best buy we're talking about and there's no competition really in that space besides maybe I don't know The Target electronics department lol fries electronics doesn't exist anymore although they do have to compete online. And to be honest they're all men experiences in the best but it isn't the worst either. I can easily check if something is in stock at that store when I use the app. That has saved me many a trip. All I know I love Best buy, the app's pretty good too, I just wish I had more money to buy more things ??

I wandered around the iPhone accessories section for about s half hour trying to find a screen protector that would fit my phone. Not one sales rep came over to see if I needed help. Nor could I find one. Frustrated, I walked out. At least the dude watching the exit was courteous to wish me a good day.

Got my unlocked iPhone from there. I was told that my deal and it in one year and I would be able to pay it off before that year but yet when I went back in to talk about it, they just told me that that’s not possible I just wish the communication was a little better when I made my purchase I’ve been a customer there for a long time and a Card member. They really need to get it together. This is not the first time, so beware

Just bought a laptop and the touchpad doesn't work at all. It's impossible to get in touch with the store. The rep who helped me buy it yesterday was fantastic -- this isn't his fault by any means but the shop carrying defective products and making it impossible to reach them directly to figure out a replacement option is infuriating.

Ouch, my mouse stopped working. I was directed to the proper area and all I saw were remotes from $35 - $160. An employee saw my frustration and asked if he could help. I showed him mine with a cord and he said I don't think we carry those anymore. When checking, he found one sitting by itself for $9.99. I said I'll take it. Sometimes ya just need to ask.

Went to look for appliances and an computer. Front line staff could not find anyone to help us. We wandered around, stood in line at counters with no direction. Could shop and wait in line at the same time. WE WALKED OUT with no information. Front line person said sorry. If people have to wait in line for salesperson, give us numbers!
