For a convenient, clean and safe place to stay I would recommend this hotel. Basic breakfast was served for all guests (coffee was good!). Plenty of parking and friendly staff.

Convenient right off the freeway. Stay awesome, and the room is clean and well prepared. Slept like a log.

They have cockroaches . They come out at night , the microwave area is filled with them also they wore in the bathroom and I would also see them walking around the room on the rug . I stayed here cuz I had too but I do not recommend. Especially if you're coming with small kids or baby's .

If you're looking for a place where they talk badly behind your back and give you a fake attitude and horrible room service. Then this is the place for you. the Employees are the problem and the rooms, and especially the manager ( jakq'e bates) and front desk (Yolanda) normally they also checks rooms if guest have left. The manager acts nice, but clearly, that's her job, but no one wants a bad image as a representation of the company. She tries to work things out with guest but the moment it's another coworker involved in a bad situation then she goes on their side because we'll you know what they said (family first then the outsiders). I had an incident with (Yolanda) i called for room service 3 times, and believe me, I was patient, I don't mind. But on that 3 time she put me on hold and forgot to mute me and I heard her talking on the Walkie-talkie to Guillermo and said ( apurale por que estan Dando lata) that mean to hurry up cause they are bothering.but she said it with a nasty attitude. I can only imagine if they talked about us like that, then they most likely talk about other guest that way too or worst. But point is i hung up and called back and tried to confront her about it and she started yelling at me saying (what did you hear and what did I say all Aggressive) like trying to see if I actually did hear anything and yelling at me and saying that's the way I talked. So I said alright is yourManager their and she said no. She will be here tomorrow. I said okay, so Gullermo brought me the towels, and I asked him, "Did she really just say that we are a bother and he confirmed yes thats the way she is."" So now I can't imagine if she is also like that to us, then she must be like that to the employees too. That's a toxic environment to work at. I also asked him hey when is the manager gonna be here?"" He said tomorrow. So that's twice conformation that she is not present. Remember when I said ( family first then the outsiders) so here it comes , 20 minutes later the manager calls the room and ask for my mom.( remember they said she wasn't there and I asked them) i told her i was gonna wait to talk to you tomorrow since your weren't here. She said sir I'm here, and I was here all day, and i live 5 minutes away and if anything bad happens, they call me. so clearly she called her, making it seem like something bad happened to save her own side of the story. my mom is not present or known of the situation. My mother's name was in the room as the 1 adult, and she could have added me as the second, but she didn't want to at all. point she didn't want us their anymore Although she didn't hear or even wanted to hear my side of the story of what happened. I told her, "You should hear me out first before you go on to conclusion. And she heard me, but as I was telling her what happened the whole way, she was having an attitude towards me like sassy and just wanted to be over with it and just make us leave. she wanted to see if it matched her story she heard. Like gossip basicly, and that's super unmature and unprofessional. i bet she will say it's not gossip sir its trying to figure out the situation. She wanted us out, period. Keep in mind their are ways to actually talk to people and be professional about this type of situation. Her employer was wrong for creating a problem and making it seem something that is not, and now we are not allowed back to the hotel over what Yolanda did. Instead of her apologizing for what she said or did, she instead took matter into her own hands and escalated things to something that it's not. By the way, Yolanda always gave us a bad sassy attitude and a mad dog face every single time. What a great image to put in the front desk. The last thing she still works there and we aren't allowed back. That easy she got it her way but don't worry karma will get you.

They do not have a safe in the rooms. I think it is important. If you want to store something in the safe at the reception you can do so, except electronic equipment.
