Good selection of all types of beverages. Wines were good, and the ones on sale, buy an additional bottle for five cents, were great values for good wine.

I purchased a bottle of Tanqueray gin which the sale price shown on the shelf was marked at $24.99. When I got home I looked at my receipt and it showed they charged me the full price of $36.99, not the sale price. So I called the store manager and asked him about this and his response was the price marked on the shelf was incorrect and it was no longer on sale and there was nothing he could do about it. This is essentially stealing which is ILLEGAL. The store managers at the Mira Mesa stores are criminals.

The front desk person was very rude when we asked him about membership and the discount that came with for the item we bought. He wanted us to buy it at the full price. Do not go here!

This location is clean and organized. Easy to get in and out of and offer great deals on everything you see. I came in cause I needed to use the restroom. Note, beer is never owned. It's recycled lol. Selection was great. Service was quick. Came in and grabbed a few tall cans and was on my way. I'll be back again when I need my adult beverages.

I really wish I could rate this lower, don't come here if you want to buy wine or anything, my mom came here today and asked for help for wine, and she was looking for the specific wine for about an hour, like how do you have a Job if you can't even help someone look for wine, you should be fired honestly, if your coming here go somewhere else, worst employees I've ever met

I recently hosted a Luau themed party so I stopped by BevMo to purchase some beverages to elevate my party. BevMo had everything I needed to complete my bartending station! They have a very large selection of pre-mixed cocktails, wines, beers, tequila, whiskey, vodka, rum, etc. Everything was nicely organized and very easy to find. The price was reasonable too! At the back of the store there is a tasting area, but I guess tasting is only available at certain times/days (there wasn't a sign). I spent a good amount of time here because there were so many options to choose from. Checkout was very quick though, done in 2 minutes after I showed my ID. Don't forget to sign up for their rewards program!

I'm a longtime customer of BevMo and -- largely out of convenience -- expect to continue to be. With that out of the way, and noting that this could just as easily apply to all the other regional BevMo locations that I've seen, I can't rate them all that highly. Reasons: their selection of liqueurs (and a few other categories) really sux. It is long on the most obvious, lowest-common-denominator items that are easy to find, because EVERYONE ELSE in this business carries them. So WHY would you need to come HERE for them ? In several of those categories desired items that you came in for will too often unaccountably be Out of Stock. In several of those categories (like liqueurs, beers, etc.), a Total Wine location will have a clearly superior selection, with a lot more of the harder-to-finds, and the pricing is apt to be similar. Finally, the discount coupon offers you receive from BevMo are not nearly as good as they used to be, requiring a larger total purchase than was formerly in effect. I'll likely continue to come here for certain things, mostly when I'm just not going to be in the vicinity of Total Wine anytime soon.

Well stocked and clean BevMo. They had Natural Light Naturday beer on hand which I couldn't find nearby my house. I happened to be in this area and looked online to see if they had it and they did. Located in a shopping complex with plenty of parking.

I had a gift card that was old & I went in to see if the card was still good. After several very good employees helped me, they finally determined that the card was invalid & had a $0 balance. Ok, I wasn't sure but needed to check. I began to shop for a bit. Then Karlee, a manager, came up to me & informed me the card was valid & worth $100. WOW! She went out of her way to check the gift card & determined it was still valid. Karlee went above & beyond & is an excellent representative for BEVMO! Thank you so much Karlee!!

Cashier Jan was so rude to me when I came in to return an item. Huge attitude about nothing, I was being super nice.

I goto BevMo in Carmel mountain and in mira mesa and today the cashier was rude and I didn't not like his tone of voice. I walked up and said hello and he cuts me off in the middle of saying hello and just straight up says "let me see your I.D." Like okay? I was going to show you it anyways, where's your manners? No customer service skills? You don't cut off a buying customer and give them an attitude unless you want a 1 star review. I didn't catch this cashiers name but he had an Afro and kept on cutting me off mid sentence when I was trying to tell him one of the shelf products was expired. You guys should do a employee evaluation on everyone. Seems like most of the reviews here were right about having rude employees.

I'm a frequent shopper at this location and I've never seen an ugly employee until today. My husband and I brought a bottle of Fireball and on the shelf there were two different prices for the same bottle, so when we got to the register, Alex the cashier (an Asian guy) was very nonchalant with my husband when he asked if the Fireball was a particular price due to the different prices shown on the shelf. Alex response was, "Do you want this or the plastic bottle?". I asked him if he was agitated and he said that he was and was trying not to take it out on us, he also claimed that he was the only employee available when I asked for a manager or supervisor due to his attitude. I will not purchase anything from BevMo again, due to feeling very uncomfortable, I'll take my chances and drive a bit of a distance to Total Wine from now on.
