What a gem!!! Was looking for a shop with some character after our go-to spot Q bikes closed. Man … Bob and Bikesmith is such a treasure. Bike shop and business the way it should be. By someone that loves their craft and their customers. No pretense .. no BS. Take your kids and show them what talking to people and customer service is supposed to be like!

50 years experience in bicycle maintenance. Has some bikes for sale at generous prices. But main focus is tune-ups and replacement parts. HONEST and efficient. My husband took his first bike to him in 1979. And again in May 2025. Great knowledge and service.

Unwilling to help and not great at communicating. Came in because I wanted some help adjusting my handlebars, said for insurance reasons he couldnt help because i had an e-bike. I asked him if could at least borrow the wrench to do it myself, he said in a rude way “you can’t do it here that’s like grilling out at Jack in box’s parking lot. And if you do it here what am I here for?”

Please be Patient with Bob, the owner. I stopped by today and he told me he was celebrating 45 years! Wow! While Bob obviously has decades of experiences, he is old school. I mean phone call only. Better yet, stop by. We had a great conversation for almost 45 minutes where I learned about the history of PB.P.S. Take a look at the photo I added of Bob back when he opened the shop in the 70's. How cool?!

owner is super rude, i came to purchase a bike (aka give him hundreds of dollars) and he rudely said that nothing is on sale & laughed and said he's working on some now and they'd be outside if he had anything... i said i literally wouldn't know cuz i haven't been here before.. just came to check it out. won't be returning or buying a bike here

I've brought my bicycle here a couple times over the years and my experience has always been outstanding. The owner is very knowledgeable and skilled, service is quick and reasonably priced. Bikesmith will always be my first choice for bicycle repairs.

Looking for a part that LBS seldom carry and was directed here. The place has plethora of bike parts and great used bikes! Bob was very helpful and kind to address my current bike issue. Found the part and it fits! Highly recommended to visit the shop and spend some time. You never know? You might build an inexpensive bike for your family!

Bought an 18 inch kids bike from a retail giant, and it was put together badly with bent rims. Took it to the BikeSmith with the new rims from the manufacturer. He Changed the rims for me added a kickstand and tuned up everything the retail store had done wrong. Fast service, great guy. And very reasonably priced. Thanks bikesmith!
