Went in to ask for help setting up phone and the owner was extremely rude. He said he didn't have time and that he had to go because of some problem he had with a return. He never left. He just kept arguing with me and not once did he make eye contact. I can't express just how rude he was. I suggest never going to this store.

I am so upset at Boost Mobile! He made me pay for a new SIM Card when the Motorola phone I bought from them was defective and rejected the E-SIM they used to activate my phone! That seems to me to be their problem, not mine. I bought the phone from them & paid cash. So, if the phone is defective they need to fix it. Not make me pay more money to fix it 😡

I walked into Boost Mobile hoping to get an old iPhone screen fixed. Never did I think that I was going to be able to use my newer iPhone. Especially since it was locked by AT&T. Then an amazing woman, Haylee, was able to port my number and activate the phone I thought was lost forever! She saved me and provided the most exceptional customer service I’ve ever been given.
