I had the most unprofessional experience with Boost as i ported out my phone number as tgey ask and they could not port in my new number to my new iphone 15. I was left without service for days with no contact even by email from this third rate company. Contact FCC as companies like this should not exist when they don't care about customers.

I came to pay my phone bill and it says open at 10am here I stand and no one is here the store is locked I walked with my baby in the rain to pay my bill and I'm super disappointed the store says open how ever it's locked up and no one is here

Do not ever buy a phone and sign up for Boost service. I bought a Motorola phone and signed up with Boost for a MONTHLY service. I made it clear to the Boost agent that I needed to be able to move to a different phone service if needed. She made sure to NOT tell me that if you get Boost service on your phone, YOU WILL BE LOCKED IN FOR 12 MONTHS. After weeks of at least one dropped call every day at home, I discovered to my surprise that I was locked into Boost service for 12 months. To use the phone, I had to make sure that I was not at home! Boost Tech Support--both telephone and the agents in the stores--is hopeless. NONE of them was capable of solving the problem of DAILY dropped calls for 6 months. I gave up on Boost and had to buy a new phone and get ATT service. Now I have a $130 phone that Boost will not unlock unless I pay them $201=$35/month for an additional 6 months. There ought to be a law to protect consumers from Boost!

So Boost sucks. Whatever you do don't sign with Boost. They are holding my phone hostage. I've been with them since 2014 okay and I could see if it was my first phone but I've had multiple devices with them and I paid for this phone in full. They gave me all the information I needed to port my number over but they won't give me the unlock code to unlock my phone because I haven't had it a year yet. Can you believe that? Because I paid this phone in full but because I haven't had it a year they won't unlock it. That's b******** I read my contract and no where does it say that I have to have a second or third fourth, or even fifth device with them for a year before they will release it. I've had 5 devices with them over the years. Five! One I brought over. Two I paid off and two I paid for in full. What a crock. So if your with Boost and it's been a year, bailout while you can. Trust me! They only are a headache! And contract breakers! Get out! Boost if you are reading this, YOU SUCK! And I'm posting this on every social media thing I can.

I'm very disappointed in boost Mobile !!! I switched over to get a better Carrier and this seems to be a Nightmare and a waste of time and a run Around !! I Got the iPhone 6s I wanted 4 hours to keep the same number wells that didn't work so the manager gave me a new number since I was waiting All day . Okay that sounds great Moreover the NEW Number they gave me stop working after 48 hours and now it's saying I have to pay 50$ for the bill . I will be going back to the store and calling Corporate due to lack of customer service !!

Everything started okay tell it wasn't I've only had the service a few months and somewhere in between then and now the service got bad I get missed messages either by text or messenger and I get missed calls for example today I had a 4:30 appointment over the phone interview with a surgeon and I missed it due to the call not coming in just the voice mail saying that I have to reschedule the interview even though I've been sitting in front of my phone from 4:25 tell 4:45 when I have to call them back after I got the voicemail saying that I miss my call. My wife it's also having the same problems with her phone and we even managed to miss each other's messages and calls even though we both have the same service... I paid this company for the phone service they cant provide.. I dont even want to give them a star but I have too if I want to post this lame.
