Just got home from this store. My girlfriend and I got chased around by loss prevention for 30 minutes before anybody actually approached us to see if we needed help. Bought a shirt and some boot cleaner/conditioner. Got home and the bottle is leaking all over the short I just bought. Pretty ridiculous first time experience here

I have never felt the need to write a poor review about any establishment but what I experienced at this location was ridiculous. The manager on site was far from pleasant. We were discussing an exchange because I accidentally grabbed the wrong cologne. The sample was on the wrong self so the boxes weren’t by the correct product. When I opened the box I accidentally ripped the package but did not use the product. I went right back inside to discuss some options and the girl was very unprofessional and just walked away rather than trying to come to some agreement.

Nice selection and great customer service, hard to tell if this one is as big as the EC one, never been to the Oceanside one. Traffic is bad in this area.

They have a huge selection of boots and a good selection of western apparel. The prices are a little high, but the quality is excellent.

Great products. I'm not a western guy, more biker/rocker. But this is where I get my boots, some apparel, and accessories. Product selection is excellent with so many options to choose from, I can always find something to fit the occasion. This time, I bought El Dorado boots with bison leather. They are as comfortable as any boot I have ever owned, and i have about 25 pairs of boots. The service is awesome, and I am treated well here. That is not true of some western apparel shops I have visited. I love this place.
