Manager on leave ****** always makes *********** available the same or next day. The current manager threatened to hold my deposit for 7 days. These are inheritance $ that I receive every 2 months from my brother who runs the family business (agriculture). My parents banked at CBT for 20 years and they never had an issue. This I believe goes against banking law. The bank has a C rating and is not BBB accredited. Please ******* putting your money into their hands.

As a 12 year business and personal account client of CA Bank & Trust, I recommend the institution. Low cost, very high quality customer service. Today, I spoke with Angela Moore, a Relationship Banker that contacted me. In our conversation, she demonstrated great professional interest, and competence. She helped me greatly by demonstrating the "check scan" deposit feature that's part of the CBT mobile app. This feature saves me time and hassle by making deposits quick and easy. So I recommend CBT & encourage other business owners to contact Angela Moore.

The staff here is rude. Apparently they will try to make you feel stupid for not knowing there policy. Go to a direct branch because they will not help you

I do not bank here or with this bank, however came to this location to inquire. From the moment that I had entered, I received excellent customer service. I can understand why this location has high ratings as the girls that work this location specifically on this day I witnessed knowing the customers by name, being very friendly and accommodating to the needs of the customers. Gaby I believe was the one who assisted me and she went above and beyond in providing customer service. If I was looking for a new bank this would definitely have me sold to open up an account. This location interior is clean and inviting. They have 2 areas for seating and and at this specific time around 330pm there was 3 banker's working. The location does have some foot traffic and there was no long line waiting to be helped. Upon entering the parking location they have a separate entrance for drive-through only. I noticed that there was some assistance being done through drive-through depending on who was available and and it sounded like the old fashioned air drop being used because of the suction noise and the fact that I heard the teller say it's coming right down over the intercom to the customer. The parking lot to the main building is a paid lot, but don't worry as long as you are there less than 5 minutes I believe there is no charge over 5 minutes they validate. Since I had some questions, I was there over the 5 minute mark and my ticket was validated upon exiting the parking lot my ticket price would have been $5.80. Please note the parking is an increments or a fraction thereof.

I had originally phoned in and spoke with Laura Venegas who claims to be the manager/supervisor, let me first off say i was transferred around 3 times and finally reached to speak with her, she did not have the right answer and was extremely rude and asked if she could call me back because she claimed to be busy but i never had gotten a call from her, was not apologetic either. lacks basic customer service! i am writing an email regarding to cooperate.

Eleanor Wilson was our Banker to open up a new business checking account ! She was New but was helpful and had a great sense of humor .... thank you !
