I cannot say enough good thigs about this company. Tony came to our house to measure the same day I called. We wanted to remove the carpeting in the entire house and replace it with vinyl planks. He had many useful ideas and tips to help us get the look we wanted. The carpet and ceramic tile flooring we had were removed in one day and new vinyl tile and baseboards were installed over the next few days. The workers were courteous and very skilled, and did a magnificent job. Likewise, the office staff were courteous and helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a professional job done at a reasonable price.

We have used CTF Depot for putting new flooring into our home when we moved in and to repair/replace flooring after a major plumbing issue. Professional staff, excellent skills in matching existing flooring and making design work in our existing space, installers are top-notch and go the extra mile to make your home perfect.

I was a returning customer. I started with quotes that kept changing and in the end paid more than 40% over original quote. in fairness I added 40 square feet which allowed them to charge whatever they wanted. they charged the regular instillation then added $3oo into labor.they charged for floor boards more than expected even though I supplied the floor boards cleaned, repainted and cut. I also spent 2 days caulking and detail work to correct the shoddy work. I needed repeat calls to have the debris removed. I paid in full before the project was completed unfortunately, because then the installers left and my work began. Their work is ok for rentals but not quality homes. You may think their pricing is good, but expect a lot of extra charges run the end.

See email below response from Gisele. Incredibly rude. I called the main number just to follow up and wanted to know what was status on my proposal and schedule appt for measurement. Main number went to Morena store. Gisele thought I went out of my way to call the other store to reach her on her day off. Unbelievable. I've worked with many contractors and sales and this is by far the worst customer service. I will be checking the Morena store and see if they are better fit. She had an attitude in person as well but this email from her confirmed she is not someone I want to work with for my project.

Amazing experience!! Anthony was very cumminicative and transparent throughout the entire project. They did a fantastic job, really happy with the results. highly recommend CTF for any remodeling jobs you need in San Diego and working directly with Anthony.

Anthony gomez made my experience at remodeling my whole house easy with his show rooms and 3D models, affordable pricing compared to other shops/installers, workers where all really nice and respectful, don't plan on using anybody but ctf Depot

We were very satisfied using Carpet Tile and Flooring. We initially went in the week between Christmas and New Year's because the other stores were closed. Our sales representative, Gisele, is extremely knowledgeable about flooring and insulation processes. She gave my wife and I a mini course on the different thicknesses of LVP flooring and different types of installation techniques. She convinced us that the products they sold were far superior to the local big box hardware store. The team that took out the carpet in our house was dedicated and worked well past 6:30 p.m. to get the job done. The same dedication was seen during the flooring installation. We are extremely satisfied with the product we received and the price was acceptable... It wasn't the most expensive and it wasn't the cheapest but for the customer service and quality of installation it is well worth the money. I highly recommend using their services!

We have selected CTF Depot for our kitchen and floor remodel and are absolutely satisfied with their services. Gisele, the remodeling consultant, guided us really well during the planning phase. She is very knowledgeable and a right person in a right place. The Miramar showroom has a wide variety of products to choose from. Tony, the field manager, has many years of experience and managed the whole project for us. We were blown away how fast our whole downstairs of our house was remodeled! All workers were very respectful, polite, attentive to a detail and really did a great job. They listened our inquiries well and also cleaned after themselves every day. The whole project was very reasonable and fitted well to our budget. We will definitely be using CTF Depot again in our next project!Services: Install flooring

I cannot tell you how impressed I am with Carpet, Tile and Flooring. From the moment I walked in the store and met Alfonso Martinez I knew that I was in the right hands. He listened to my questions both on the product and expense. He did not try to sell me anything that "he thought would meet my needs," but what he could hear I wanted. Alfonso ordered my granite and both he and his office staff kept me abreast as to when my order would be ready to be installed. The tile was installed on the day promised and the workers arrived on time. Normally I get three bids, however because of the way I was treated by Alfonso and his peers; I did not. The tile setters were excellent, polite, and scrupulous in ensuring they cleaned up after themselves. I would never go anywhere else.Services: Tile work replacement
