The entire process: from purchase & price, to the installation team they recommended, to final completion, was professionally executed with care & attention to detail, resulting in a very positive experience. They did charge a measure fee, but it was refunded when materials were purchased. We are so happy with the floors and grateful for the Flooring Creations team. We are heading back, with confidence, to purchase carpeting for our Master bedroom!”

“The Floor Store in Point Loma is awesome! I purchased engineered hard wood floors and their price (for exact floors) was less expensive than 3 other places I priced out. Their customer service was excellent! Marianne and Josh always followed up and we're very friendly. This is a family owned business and it shows. I hope you give them your business because family owned businesses need to stay alive. Not only that, but you will get better customer service than a big box store.”

“We recently had a great experience working with DeMar and their recommended installer. When I came in and told Ted what I was looking for, he pulled out a few samples and I found a few too. My husband and I quickly decided that one he suggested was perfect - a medium color Pecan engineered hardwood. Ted offered what I thought was a fair price and ordering the product was seamless. His preferred installer Fermin gave us peace of mind from the moment he came to measure and quote. Working with him was one of our best experiences we've ever had with a tradesperson. He was calm and professional throughout what turned out to be a little bit of a nightmare project: we found old asbestos flooring from the 1970s underneath, and also started a kitchen renovation because of that. We're a week out from finishing the kitchen so our house is still in construction mode but the floors so far look incredible and we're very happy.”

“IZ flooring was amazing! Robert was prepared, answered all our questions. We were in a pinch for carpet and Robert was able to find us the best carpet, in our price range and exactly what we were looking for! Our specialty carpet we ordered for the stairs came in 6 days early! There was a little mess up on the stairs installation, and it was fixed the next day. We couldn't recommend this business more! The price was also so much better than Home Depot or Lowe's!”
