Very rude, I called to asked what time they closed so I can pay my rent since my apartment building told me I could go there. A guy answered and said " IM HERE UNTIL 5 BUT I DON'T DO THAT ANYMORE SO YOU BETTER NOT COME HERE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!" and proceeded to hang up.

I have never had a problem with Alan. In fact he has always been friendly and courteous with me. Often going above and beyond.Does he have his own opinions about things? Yesbut that's part of the refreshing experience of talking to somebody that does not just view you as a number.

This place are F****** suck they ask you for your Bank statements to bring with you and i bring it today, and guess what? What he told me His computer will not accept my Statement wow really? How come the other one accross the street accept my Bank Statement and this S*** Place is not ? Really why ? You already know rathen than your computer tho ? You f****** old man are sucks don't ever go to this place I can't believe what He told that His computer will not accept my Bank Statement and He didn't even try it yet if i will approved or not but accross the street I Got accepted but I didn't accept it because i told them i will try in Cash Plus if they will, but that mothafucking old man I can't believe what he say to me tho, that His computer will not accept it my Bank Statement you seriously with that tho old mothafucking Man.. don't ever go to this place this place is s*** and sucked.. I won't give them a Rating for me this place are really sucks....

Of course if I can give no stars I would. This man is a complete racist. I had all of my required documentation and he refused to lend to me. I am looking into reporting him and this business. He even tried to keep my personal documents after he refused to lend. His files aren't properly stored. I hope he can see this too. He doesnt need to be in operation.

The man that works there was extremely rude and judgmental the moment I walked in. I had my 1 year old with me, as he looked at me up and down and already he was trying to shoo me out there door, he told me I should of tried money tree first which I explained to him, I wasn't interested. He pretty much told me I would be waste "my time " and he didn't even want to look at my proof of income and requirements, Which he said he did accept over the phone, but became a different story once I walked in. I bet he's a racist.. horrible man!

Went to cash a handwritten check from my employer with 2 forms of identification and manager on duty (older man with short blonde hair) felt uncomfortable cashing my check and refused to show policy stating that they do not cash hand written checks, and he stated that he will not help me and to go somewhere else Also refused to share his managers information so that I could follow up and further contact the business. Thumbs all the down PS: He said the policy is that they do not cash handwritten checks, then asked if I had 2 forms of identification to verify myself to cash my check and I said yes than once again switched what he said and said never mind I will not help you I'm the manager on duty and I'm the decision maker as of right now. Go somewhere else Disappointed and unsatisfactory customer service, why would you ask personal questions to a customer on why they cant go somewhere else to cash their check if they are already at your place of business?

Today is my wife's birthday and I'm a little bit short I drive Uber and Lyft day and night and have two other jobs. I have proof I make plenty of money. That being said I spoke to Alan just now on Clairemont Drive Cash Plus. Oh my goodness he was so rude to me I could not even belive it. He said he needed 1099 and documentation of all kinds to borrow $255 in a very uncaring way. I told him I was surprised because they had five stars on Google but then there was only one rating. I told him that last time I borrowed money from Money Tree short-term they were very nice and easy to deal with. They did not require all that documentation. He immediately said in an extremely rude tone, "THEN WHY DON'T YOU JUST GO BACK ON OVER TO MONEY TREE!" and he hung up on me! ALLEN is certainly giving cash plus a very bad name. I'll never ever go to cash plus and I'm telling everyone not to ever deal with them. In addition I'm going to call corporate Cash Plus and let them know just how terrible he acted toward me. He certainly does not belong in that position to represent a company that helps people in need. Obviously if you are in a very tight spot and you have to borrow a little money to make it, you're already feeling pretty bad. He made me feel worse than I already did. He was so rude in fact, I felt compelled to walk across the street across the street and take a picture of him so people in the future will know who to avoid. In addition hopefully the corporate offices will know who to fire and he can be an example to everyone that works there to be able to treat people nicely.
