Very uh, unorganized looking but honestly a very good selection of older cards and newer cards! It might look intimidating from the other reviews but the owner is a nice person, but the area down town might have you looking for parking for awhile! But if you can make it come! Very good stock of old Yugioh sealed products!

This store is authentic as It gets. The owner is also the only employee and knows and clearly loves what he does. Sure, the store is disorganized to the new walk in customer, but the owner knows where everything is, the epitome of organized chaos. I’d recommend to come here having an idea of what you are looking for. I purchased vintage pokemon card singles and was amazed to see everything from 1st editions, unlimited, base set 2, jungle, rocket and more. This place is certainly an experience for a collector. Lastly, the building this store is in was built in the 1800s and was previously a movie theater. The ceilings are so tall and you can see the balcony where the seating once was. It was so cool.

Hoarders shop if anything, overpriced, asking book value for unmint cards. Hardly was spoken to by owner. When I say you walk more than 10 feet in the place I'm not lying.

This store was a sports collectors dream. Found it while in SD for a visit from Tennessee. He has everything you could dream of. He makes deal, buys and trades. Came out with multiple items. He’s a good guy as well. Friendly and knowledgeable. I root for people like Henry to do well. Of course only downfall is that you can’t walk around cause he has so much stuff. I seen maybe 1% of what he has to offer due to unable to walk but no need to hound him on it. He has a passion. I did recommended maybe just clearing some walking space to get to the back and see other stuff and he would sell a lot more and he knows that. Otherwise I highly recommend Henry and his store. Great seller and an even better person.

Great prices for the items and if you bundle up the prices become UNBEATABLE . Also a place with a lot of cool stuff . A little unorganized but aren’t we all ?? At least the owner knows exactly where everything is when you ask him. Love this lil spot

Went to this store the other day to pick up some binder sleeves and thought this place was great. There is a lot of things in there but with a little clean up, I wouldLove to come here and shop. I can’t wait to go back and look. Looks like a lot of gems in there. The Gentleman that helped me seem to be nice. Great Job!!! If you need any baseball merchandise this definitely is the place to go!

They are better at selling you so-called, certified, sports memorabilia than buying any similar actually certified sports memorabilia. Years ago I thought they were fair (subjective, of course) but last month, they couldn't even be bothered with a counter offer, etc. Sadly, you'd get a better price selling your verified sports memorabilia to a pawn shop. (I can provide text and emails to prove this statement) The reviews mentioning how crowded their little shop is, are accurate, but they are in a high lease district in downtown San Diego, so of course they pack their little space as much as they can. Bottom line: perhaps a better place to buy decent items, but not a place to sell any memorabilia. Long time customer, no longer:(

Great shop! Best shop I have been to with regards of negotiating deals, finding older vintage items/cards/memorabilia. Whatever your looking for the owner probably has it!I bought 5 yugioh cards that were 1st edition mint condition and that recently sold all together for around $1000 and he gave me a deal for them for only $300!I also bought my very first 1ST EDITION CHARIZARD WHICH WAS IN MINT CONDITION! The great thing about his shop is he will barter/trade cards that you have and give you a high price for them in store credits! No shop does that expect this one I’ve seen so far.Would definitely recommend it! There is so much memorabilia and cards that you’ll have a hay day in there and feel like a kid in a candy shop! The owner is a great man! and loves to see his customers happy even if it means him losing out on the better half of a deal which is what I’ve had happen to me twice already!

As a fellow baseball fan and long time card enthusiast, I am very impressed with Henry personally and with his knowledge of collectable memorabilia. He seems fair and honest and we had a nice chat!

Walked in after calling about some jerseys I was going to sell.Dude jumps to the conclusion that the jerseys are fake for some reason, doesn't point out why he thinks that.I shown him that I got them off a legit site and he continues to give off a negative vibe.Place is a mess and the energy is even worse, didn't expect him to profile me like that.Sure if somone else walked in there with the same jerseys he might have had a different attitude.Don't bring nothing here, he just gonna low ball you or waste your time.

Son and I always try to hit a local card shop on our vacations to support them. The owner of this place is a very nice man, but his shop is impossible to navigate. It looks more like a "hoarders storage unit" with a very small walkway through the middle of the mass amount of "stuff". If you want to see product, he has to get it for you because you literally can't navigate around at all. I imagine he has a lot of nice memorabilia and cards, but you can't tell what he even has because it isn't displayed in a shopper friendly manner. It is hard to even get to the middle of the store (forget about getting to the back because it's blocked). In fact, when other patrons came in my son and I had to let them pass us single file as we left the store. Left without buying anything and actually we were amazed that a "shop" can be successful with this layout.

Super cramped, tight space. But it's a card shop. Would be better if there was room to shop around.
