Still holding my money hostage , more hoops to jump through and no assistance. They keep sending me messages where I have to log on to my account, the irony is they have locked me out. Can not wait to move all my money out of their incompetent , unaccountability hands

I've been with schwab for over thirty years and they have helped us with personal wealth management, our business deferred compensation program and achieving various financial goals. Our account manager Steve Montgomery is tremendously helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects in meeting our needs and providingbsound advice.

I drove over there during the Covid pandemic, not knowing that they were closed. I was very lucky that I was able to talk to an employee through the door and make a deposit.SO AWESOME!

My rep Steven M has been great. Always replys to emails and phone calls quickly and either is able to help me or finds someone at Schwab with the expertise to help me (if I'm asking something which requires detailed knowledge in some area). I've received consistently excellent service from my personal rep and very good service from the Schwab phone and web help contacts. I must say the service I've received at Schwab has been better than service I've received from smaller financial advisors who were charging much higher fees than Schwab.

I generally like Schwab and use them online extensively. I echo the below poster's sentiments regarding the staff at this location - they need significant retraining or just to be dismissed. I can not recall the last time I've been treated so badly. Staff was pompous and overtly rude. They never saw my account (and if they had, possibly they would have been a bit nicer) but that shouldn't matter. They were rude and unhelpful with a reasonable question. I was not dressed like a slob or doing anything odd. I will never go back to this location, but again thankfully most everything can be done online. I would advise Schwab to send some "secret shoppers" to this location and fire the rude members of the front desk and staff.

Deceptive solicitous people who should not be allowed to do business. Stay away. They make promises , collect information , and reneg . Look elsewhere.

Front desk staff was horrible. They were upset and pompous that I didn't have an appointment to get papers notarized, even ,when no one was in the office.. It seemed like it was work to even acknowledge my presence. Thankfully most contact is online, so that I have no reason to return. I had a way better experience at the Carlsbad office, Btw

Charles Schwab phone support has been wonderful helping me set up new accounts. Based on that positive experience I went to the local branch to add some funds. That was a mistake and something I will try to avoid in the future. The receptionist/cashier was not exactly rude but more along the lines of condescending. Advice: If you have to call your coworkers to get the job done, please do not complain about those "ridiculous customer requests" - especially when the customer is standing right next to you!

Everyone at the Del Mar branch has been extremely friendly and inviting. Highly recommend! The employees working the front desk always greet me with a smile and offer me water.
