10 people in line and 2 tellers due to redesign with kiosks. Banker pulls me out of line to assist as I had a chase to chase transfer only no cash transaction. At end of process informs me that I have to go through a teller or incur a charge. Have to get back in line while in a rush. This is a loss of the purpose of damage control when working within customer service. If trying to help, waive whatever arbitrary fee you find. Clearly the mentality of service has been lost.

A teller at this branch was incredibly rude to my mom. One star for the angry lady who shouldn’t be in customer service.

Very good experience today. We made an appt online and came in today to do some signatures. Alexis helped us and was extremely nice. We asked if he didn't mind masking and was happy to put on a mask. He was very friendly and made the process very smooth for us. Thanks, Alexis!

I have been very pleased with the service once I get in the bank or online. fantastic. The only area of improvement is their phone service is terrible. You can't get a person and have to come in, usually with an appointment. which many times I just have a simple question that needs an answer. so I would love to see chase improve here.

Each time I have to come to this location 3433 Del Mar Heights Rc, there is only one teller. I've been here 3 times and the customer service is not good. Today there was a line of 5 people and only one female teller. Waited for 15 minutes. Two other employees inside the bank couldn't help? Today I felt the need to leave a review for this location in hopes their corporate reads this review and they can improve their training and customer service. My issue was not the wait, but basic training I would think any teller at a bank would know.. I withdrew money and the female banker did not count out the money. Just put it in a pile and put it on the counter?! What?? This has never happened at a bank before. I had to sit down in the bank and count out the money i withdrew. I don't mind all the bills not facing the same direction, but to not count out the money to make sure all the money is there is a must for a bank. I enjoy Chase Bank... this is only for this specific teller. It would be nice if it was addressed and never happened to anyone else again.

Danielle was delightful. She helped me get my cashiers check and even waived the fee!!!! Not fr this area and was really lost. She got me in and out very quickly. Nice clean and good looking branch. I was greeted at the door and helped right away. Very happy with the service here and staff.

I would like to start by saying that I have utilized Google for many years and have never once written a review. I went into this Chase location today because I was considering opening a checking/savings account. I often receive Chase offers via email and thought I would check it out. I am currently still using a credit union from my hometown and thought it would be convenient to utilize the bank across the street from my home. When I went in there were two people ahead of me. One at the counter (obviously having problems) and one in line. There was a kind woman approaching us in line making small talk and assuring us that we would be helped soon. At this time there was only one bank teller working on a Friday late afternoon and two people sitting at desks. After waiting approximately twenty minutes I decided to just cash my payroll check instead of opening an account. My payroll check was a Chase check and they charged me $8 to cash it. I requested that they waive the fee because I heard them offer to waive the woman's fees in line ahead of me for patiently waiting. The person in charge (Stephen) refused and said if I had an account it would be free. I mentioned that he waived the other guest's fees and he said that if I wanted it cashed for free that I could take it to my bank. I come from many years of customer service and was I completely shocked with the lack of care and concern in this Chase branch. Extremely disappointed.

Every single time I come in people greet me almost with a hug! That's how amazing the service is. Today our teller (mosana? I think that was her name) was beyond amazing, she's fantastic. Our brains weren't working and when normally someone else would be frustrated, she took her time and was so patient and sweet. At one point we almost gave up and said "I'll figure it out it's okay!" Because we were taking up her time, she said no no it's okay let's figure this out together I want to make sure you understand. So beyond amazing made my day.

A comvenient bank close to the freeway. Easily accessible by lot or pedestrian bridge. They have a friendly staff and the place is never too busy. Thanks Chase for giving me access to my money without having to kump through hoops and waiting a long time.

Chase is the worst bank I have ever experienced in my 40 years of banking. Since opening an account one year ago the Customer Service (at a 2 different Branches) have made so many errors and dropped the ball so many times I've lost count.

The gentleman that assisted me was very helpful and assured me that there would be no issue with cancelling my lost card and giving me a temporary one till my new one would come in. He was fast and friendly and had me stress free in just a couple of minutes. I did not remember his name but he was in an office at the end on the left side of the bank.
