Came to the bank at 900am, need to send a wire payment. The teller rep acknowledge then proceed to walk away and spoke with coworker clearly heard just chit chat, its now 9:09 and shewalks by says 'we will help u shortly'. I started making noise of why nobody is working to help customer. Then another rep came and help us. There was nobody else around and why we had to wait for 10 minutes. Can definitely improve on customer service here.

I had an appointment with Jamal Saad, was greeted right away the moment I entered the bank. Waited less than 5 min and Jamal took care of our banking needs. I'm pleased with the service; will definitely coming back. Recommending to make an appointment, it was effortless.

Chase is trash. I've heard many people give good anecdotes on Chase but that has not been my experience at all. I have so many issues with them, some small and minor, as well as some larger issues I know a lot of people think Wells Fargo is dinky, but if so, then Chase is even dinkier lol. My Chase app told me to go in person and talk to someone in a branch but when I went to this branch, no one helped me. I came in on a Monday and was told to set up an appointment with a banker for Wednesday. And once he collected my info, he said actually no one would be available to help me until Thursday?! There was one, maybe two, bankers in the building. No customers that I could see. So why weren't they able to help me??? Also my task shouldn't have taken more than 5 minutes to do. TBH idk why Chase is even making me do it in person, it should be able to be done online, I think they just want to coerce you into signing up for their other services or something. Man maybe I should change careers and be a banker at Chase because they are straight chilling and not doing anything and are able to defer work by over 3 days lol. You'd think Chase would want to make it easy for me and that they'd want my money...

There was a staff who does not speak English good enough. I understand English is not necessarily the first language for everyone, but on this position, I would expect a person with fluent English. If your English is not good enough, don't be the problem. It is really important to communicate well in the bank

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Eric, who helped me out with a replacement card request. I've been trying to get it replaced for over two months now, but it never arrived to my address, and other Chase branches did not help much or at all. Eric took care of the situation, and I finally feel at ease. I'm grateful for your help!

The worst customer service I have seen in my life. Incompetent employee who does not know how to bring up information of a customer and a manager who has attitude and thinks there is no reason for complain. I will never work with Chase.

I have always found the staff at this branch to be very gracious and helpful. In particular, banker Jimmy L. spent a lot of time trying today helping us figure out a credit card issue. This is greatly appreciated!

Has the feel of a hair salon or health club. Not the kind of place I trust with my money. I opened account at different branch. Closed it when I visited this branch.

Don't waste your time with Stan from the Chase Mortgage department. Lot of promises and sweet talk just to earn commission on your $500 appraisal. He will act to work after working hours to make impression of a busy person while he's just hard pressure salesman.

A lot of banks tend to get bad reputations, but my experience today at this Chase location was nothing short of pleasant and efficient. Noelle was incredibly kind and really took an interest in helping me. Her customer service made me confident that my decision to do the majority of my banking here was a good one. Asian teller with an attitude. Not friendly, not helpful. We went today to have a simple form notarized. She said "no walk-ins for notary". We then tried to make an appointment for later today but she continued saying "no walk-ins for notary". I mean we were asking for an appointment. Called the Chase nearby (Carmel Valley) and Dash was extremely helpful and nice over the phone. We said "we'll be there in 5 min!". He waited and was there ready for us within 5 min of the call. Asian teller needs some customer service classes.

I have been banking at Bank of America since I was 16 years old and have never received such excellent service such as the one I received at Chase. My banker, Viviana, went out of her way to provide me with a range of options to solve my issue. I very much appreciated her attentiveness and determination to provide me the best option possible. While I was only at Chase to ask a question regarding my SouthWest Rapid Rewards CC, I left that afternoon with a checkings and savings account. I was so pleased with my experience here at Chase, that I am no longer banking elsewhere.

This is a great bank! Everyone here is very helpful and it's a super clean bank. I enjoy when I walk into this bank because every time I do I don't have to wait in line and honestly they process people and transactions over all very quickly.
