I love this Chase bank. There’s always plenty of tellers, and the wait time to see them is usually less than at the ATM. Love the gigantic building which has a 2nd floor which is cordoned off. Wonder what’s upstairs…Also they have lots of solar panels on their roof. Great!

Horrible branch!!! Today to do a simple last name exchange and they made me jump through hoops. You can tell their white lady banker didn’t want to take any clients and she was done for the day. I arrived 4.30. After asking me what I wanted she tells me that I needed to bring extra documentation. After I go home and do the whole back and forward trip she says they’re closing in 5 minutes and the transaction would take more than 15 minutes so she cant help.
Definitely closing my accounts with Chase. Not worth the poor costumer service coming from her banker.

Two of their tellers are also notaries but the notary services at Chase are limited. They can’t notarize live records but if it’s for a trust or deed, then they can notarize it. Definitely suggest calling in advance.

I'm really frustrated with the lack of communication from Chanelle. She was helping me with an issue that wasn't properly resolved, and now I can't get a response from her. I tried calling the number she gave me, but I can't even leave a message -- I have a VERY simple question that will take two minutes to answer! I scheduled an appointment with someone at the branch, but it was switched to someone on the 800# team instead. I told Alissa from the 800# team that I wanted to speak with Chanelle, and she promised that Chanelle would reach out, but of course, that never happened. Yesterday, I even went into the bank and left a message for Chanelle to contact me, and guess what—no call back. Whenever I call the branch, it just redirects me to the 800#, which is incredibly frustrating. When I needed to talk to Brendan, I always got a callback. This situation is really disappointing, especially considering how long I've been with Chase.

This bank sucks ass. The ATM has stolen my money twice now outside. The inside ATM which is supposed to keep headset cache is broken period there aren't enough workers, so there's a line for the workers and both the A. T. M's outside.. So I have to go the entire day without depositing my money in the bank because of all of this.

Made a scheduled appointment with a representative and they took their lunch at my scheduled time. I believe her name was Penelope which left us 10 minutes to help me open an account which ultimately did not happen in those 10 minutes.

It almost always takes too long, even if only 3 people are waiting. This has been the case since I started coming here. And what makes it worse is that there is usually a teller or two doing nothing. I plan to stop by later today. If this is still the case, my review will stay the same.
UPDATE: This time, I was served within a reasonable time frame. No idle workers that I noticed either. I am going again soon, and the next review will be my last review update for a while.

Rudest and most cruel ladies I've ever come into contact with behind the counter, at this chase Bank. I was just there cashing a chase bank check and they were both obviously making fun of me because I live in an rv. She chastised me for saying MY PLACE OF BUSINESS just opened up. (Open less than 8 months) rude rude rude. No kind customer service here.

I was thoroughly displeased with how Jordan, their local broker, handled my home purchase. Unfortunately it was too late into the process for me to discover he was untrustworthy and wishy washy. He was also condescending if he didn't get his way. I've been with Chase for over 20 years and this was a black mark on them. I told my family how displeased I was with them and him. I escalated it to his manager and he did nothing. They forget you are the customer when so much money is on the line. Horrible.

The staff was somewhat confused on their policy regarding providing notary public services. My wife and I ended up leaving abruptly and finding resolution elsewhere.
