So glad this branch is open on Saturdays! While the parking (on Sat) can be a challenge, the customer service is truly top tier and worth the wait. All the staff are extremely pleasant, helpful, and most of them are bilingual.

This chase location has really turned it around. I have been to many chase locations in San Diego, and the customer service has been exceptional while I'm here. They have even helped me with my chase app. I saw this chase previously had some bad reviews from years ago, but I highly recommend now.
