Made a $700 CASH deposit at the inside branch ATM and it malfunctioned, keeping my money and providing me with an 800 number to call.I call, but after an hour couldn't get through. So, I talked to the manager (March 4, 11am). She tells me she can't do anything and the branch is not responsible for any ATM transactions. She does not provide me with any further assistance, not even providing me with a direct number to the claims department.Poor poor customer service, especially from a bank manager. She saw that I was clearly worried and upset about my $700, but couldn't care less. Basically saying it's not her problem and go talk to someone else.What kind of manager does this? Train your staff better Chase Bank! There are many other options out there and you will lose customers to other banks that treat their customer with more empathy, kindness and respect!

The worst service I've every seen. The concierge has no idea of the problem, then made false promise. I asked to talk to his manager, then the manager told me he only has two minutes. And then just answered all my question with either no or you can come back later.

Chase is trash. I've heard many people give good anecdotes on Chase but that has not been my experience at all. I have so many issues with them, some small and minor, as well as some larger issuesI know a lot of people think Wells Fargo is dinky, but if so, then Chase is even dinkier lol.My Chase app told me to go in person and talk to someone in a branch but when I went to this branch, no one helped me. I came in on a Monday and was told to set up an appointment with a banker for Wednesday. And once he collected my info, he said actually no one would be available to help me until Thursday?!There was one, maybe two, bankers in the building. No customers that I could see. So why weren't they able to help me??? Also my task shouldn't have taken more than 5 minutes to do. TBH idk why Chase is even making me do it in person, it should be able to be done online, I think they just want to coerce you into signing up for their other services or something. Man maybe I should change careers and be a banker at Chase because they are straight chilling and not doing anything and are able to defer work by over 3 days lol.You'd think Chase would want to make it easy for me and that they'd want my money...

Terrible service!!! Nobody pick up the phone in the branch, I tried to open CD, I arrived 15 minutes before the closing time, the service banker said they can’t do it, we have to call for an appointment.

I walk in to the bank to do a wire, and they told me I have to wait until next available teller about 5-10 mins.I wait about 15 mins and by the time , there is no clients in the branch, all the teller are free, I asked if they can do the wire for me now? They told me to wait another 5-10 mins until a female banker done with the what she is currently doing. But all others are open to help, why need to wait.Ridiculous and waste of time .Try go other branch if you have choice.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Eric, who helped me out with a replacement card request. I've been trying to get it replaced for over two months now, but it never arrived to my address, and other Chase branches did not help much or at all. Eric took care of the situation, and I finally feel at ease. I'm grateful for your help!

The manager here is pathetic.Customer service takes a toss when it comes to him. I asked him a for a simple account change and he was completely dependent on his team member to do it.What kind of manager does Chase have if he does not know basics of banking and has to be dependent on his team to such a simple task and said to come other day when his team is available.This review is exclusively for the poor customer service received from the branch manager at this location.
