Bathrooms were gross and pizza was old and soggy. When I mentioned the condition of the bathrooms to the staff they looked at me as if I should clean it. We must do better if we are going to get better. Simply shameful.

Owner for the love of god, please clean the urinals.. add some deodorizer.. the smell is so pungent it will knock you back and make you want to vomit. There are cleaner bathrooms on the other side of the border. Its nasty. Have some pride in your establishment. You charge $20 a night for parking. Use that money to hire someone to clean.

There are signs outside the door and on the extra rewards app that say 0.59 cent fountain drinks with rewards app, however, when I went to pay for my drink, the cashier charged me $1.59 per drink (I bought 2). When I inquired about the price, she said it sometimes does that where it won't show up "because [they] are owned by someone different." She refused to redund me the difference. I know it's only $2, but it is the principle that they are advertising something they aren't actually providing. I told her then it is false advertising, and she should take the sign down from over the door. Whether it is corporate owned, or a franchise, it should be clear that false advertising is not allowed. I will pursue this further.

Very disrespectful offers truck parking and gets a kickback for having you towed. I would never used air parking.

I tried to get a cup soda and that machine exploded getting me all wet plus the worker cristi did nothing to see if I needed anything as a customer and on top of it was rude while giving us our gas won’t go back again
