I can’t believe I went i today she pulls out literally 1 piece of barbacoa with her rings and calls that a scoop. Literally 1 little piece around 2 teaspoons or two kid bites. They were low on barbacoa so it seems to me they were trying to save it for others. And this wasn’t the regular chipotle small portions this was the EXTRA small portion that if I guarantee you I asked them to weigh for restaurant portion standards it would of been WAY off.

Was going to eat here but the cashier handled cash etc. and did not bother changing his gloves and then continued to handle customers food. I’ll pass off that potential food poisoning.

Very disappointed in the carnitas bowl I ordered. The meat was mostly fat. By the time I got back to my hotel to eat it, it was too late to go back to complain and get something else. Need better quality control.I've not had this issue at other Chipotles.

There is a live bug in the food which we received at Mira Mesa Chipotle on 3/22 at 2 pm. Stay away ordering the food from this restaurant at least few weeks or some food inspector checks the place.

5:20 pickup time and when I get there at 5:20 they haven’t even started yet. Why even have us select a pickup time if it’s gonna take 40 minutes? They always prioritize people in line.

I love their salad but without the vinegar, it's like any salad. I have came back the last three weeks and they still said either the machine is broken or they ran out. The excuses didn't match, if the machine is broken, should be no vinegar to run out. The cashiers always said they don't have it. One time, one lady was nice enough to go to the back and found two vinegar dressings for us right after the cashier said they don't have it. The next day we had the same problem, we politely ask someone else besides the cashier to check then she won't let her. Her name is Daiso or Daisy.. the manager's name Charles, he just covered for her, not solving the problems. He just didn't care. He came out for the kitchen, looked serious and angry like we did something wrong, put two hands on the cashier and asked us what is the problem in a very impolite way possible. What the heck, we just want to buy food.We can't come back until we know there is vinegar dressing.After covid, everything change, the food is less, expensive, now service is terrible. We will copy and paste this to the chipotle corp website to see what they can help. Some one needs to go down here to Mira Mesa location to fix the lies.

The salad is no longer has its taste. The chicken taste like vegan food.The portion has too much rice and little chicken.Everything is extra charge.Used to be my fav, what happened???

Cas and Sam were so amazing, I go to Chipotle so often and this was by far my favorite location! Employees are so welcoming, the portions are good and overall the food tasted really good too.

This place used to be our go to Chipotle and now things just went down the hole from some point last year, food was so bad the most recent order i had a mouthful of pure salt in the chicken and everything else was tasteless. The employees there give you the smallest portion any chipotle has ever offered with a big smile like everything is ok. Is this some type of prank?

Worst chipotle location.1. Cold meat. Their food warmer wasn’t working or something, the food was cold on the first bite while dining there, literally eating cold food 60 seconds after it was scooped out.2. Low quality meat, tons of fat and chewy pieces, was not good.3. Mild salsa had way too much salt in it. What happened to measuring ingredients?They need to taste the food they’re prepping to make sure it is edible.
