After 12 days of placing my order, they are yet to ship it and have been non-responsive to my calls and emails.to Chips Liquor - Creating a UPS shipment label is not the same as shipping the order, specially when a week later, the UPS website is still showing the shipment status as "Label Created".

I put an order 12 days ago and am yet to receive it (and yes they charged my CC already).When i contacted them after 5 days, they sent me an email with a UPS shipping number for my order. The status of UPS shipment was showing as "Label Created". Now another week after , it still shows the same status "Label Created". I have requested them to refund me but have not heard back.Their service stinks!

This company is an absolute scam. I ordered 5 bottles of liquor online over 2 weeks ago, have not had any updates whatsoever and cannot get anyone to get back with me either via email or phone. My credit card was charged, so the company received my payment but no goods delivered and zero communication. Chips is stealing from consumers. Beware.

Get your hours right online and in store. Update: also tried doing a pickup order, item showed in stock, took them almost* three days to tell me it wasn’t actually in stock and not even a simple, “Sorry about that” in the email. Just matter of fact like it’s normal practice to take peoples money for out of stock items, I get that it happens but a simple “sorry for the inconvenience” goes long way . Obviously they cancelled my order right away as they are obligated to after taking my card for an item they didn’t have. I also called multiple times on Thursday and Friday for a status update and no answer. I ordered on a Wednesday night and wasn’t notified until Friday until after emailing for an update. Defend away in your review reply and ignore all of my points but fact of the matter is you have poor customer service for 2023’s standards, it’s a missed opportunity to see your business go further.

I placed an order in early April and recieved it in mid-May on the East coast. The alcohol I ordered was back ordered, so I emailed the support address asking for updates. Rivani replied within a day. It took 3 weeks of communicating back and forth to feel assured I would get my order. On his days off the phone numbers were useless, I only once got through and a woman answered promised she'd call back and never did. Rivani was the only person to respond to me consistently, which I am thankful for. The lack of communication from other staff members and the amount of time to get my delivery was frustrating, but in the end I did receive everything safely.

I bought 5 bottles on line to pickup at the store. The full order wasn’t ready and I was leaving the city. The guy who took care of me had the kindness to gave me the rest of my money back and one bottle free.I got Redrum a liquor I tried in Japan and I didn’t find in all LAGreat prices and customer service. I’ll definitely buy again with them

This looks like just another liquor store from the street, but they have a great stock of rum, especially Hamilton and Plantation, which were what I was looking for, as well as syrups and liqueurs and bitters.Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Awesome little place! They got everything you could ask for as far spirits go. The two gentlemen that work there are personable, polite and knowledgeable. If you don't see what you want, just as and chances are they have it in the back of can find you a suitable replacement. 10/10 recommend.

BEWARE! Many items have no prices listed and they'll charge you at random and not provide receipts. It's the most expensive liquor store in PB by 2X pricing at a least. I'll be contacting the tax authority and request an audit for their practices

I received my order and the wrong product was delivered. I have emailed their support email address twice with no response. I have called both support telephone numbers. One does not have a mail box set up and the other is just a recording telling you to email and they will get back to you. Once again no response to emails. A money back guarantee is no good if you can never be in contact with anyone to rectify the issues on an order. So far no customer service.

Pathetic, particularly when compared with Old Town Tequila. Ordered online more than 7 days ago. Card was charged. Then came the radio silence. It still hasn't shipped and phone calls always to a voicemail. First and last time dealing with them.

Do NOT waste your time with this company! I placed an order on 12/2/2022 and on 12/7/2022 I have received zero communication beyond my order confirmation. I am receiving no responses to emails or voice-mail and I simply want an update for a corporate gift that was paid for 5 days ago. Feels like a scam with how this is evolving. My order even says incomplete for the current status...

I wish I would have known about Chip's Liquor in early August when I was staying in Pacific Beach, I could have saved a few bucks in shipping! The good thing is I did find them! Ordered my first shipment yesterday and it was great. I emailed a question and it was dealt with better than I dreamed. Great customer service! You won't be disappointed! I can't wait for next year's summer vacation when I can visit in person!

Chips Liquors has it all! I had been looking for Magic Rabbit in my home town and was nowhere. Chips had it, reasonable price and great shipping.
