I had Kory at the beginning of my really nasty family law case. Unfortunately I did not retain him long term, because Kory is very knowledgeable and does so much for his clients.At the time, I was not in an emotional position to listen to the tough love approach but looking back through all the prompt emails he replied to, all the extra leg work he did for me and my daughter, and all the advice he gave, I would definitely recommend him. If you’re in a not great position in your case, listen to his tough love kind of approach because he does have a plan and your best interests in mind and he will do everything he can for you. Update:Re-hired Kory McConnell in June 2020 after it came to light that my daughter was in an abusive environment. Needless to say, I was extremely anxious about my daughters safety and well-being. Kory gave me the relevant facts of the case, managed my expectations, and explained what needed to be done which helped relax my nerves. Kory helped estimate the cost of his services based on the case details before retaining his firm - he never did anything without first confirming I was comfortable.
