Title: Unprofessional Behavior and Threats from Cintas Fire ServicesRating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5)I regret to share my deeply disappointing experience with Cintas Fire Services, an encounter that has left me shocked and dismayed. While I initially thought highly of their services, recent events have completely shattered my trust and confidence in their professionalism.My ordeal began when I engaged Cintas Fire Services to perform a required fire safety service. The technician who arrived was efficient and competent, and I duly paid the invoice in full upon completion of the service, as per their payment-on-completion policy. I even made sure to adhere to their hand-written invoice without any hesitation, ensuring that every aspect of the bill was settled.Fast forward four months later, I received a message from their Accounts Receivable Representative, Lauren Grzybowski, that caught me off guard. The message contained a threat to send me to collections, alleging that I had only paid a portion of the bill and failed to cover the tax. This accusation was not only false but deeply concerning. I promptly reached out to address the issue, and that's when things took a truly unsettling turn.Upon contacting Ms. Grzybowski and explaining that I had indeed paid the invoice in full, she dismissed my claims and continued to insist that I had only paid a portion of the bill. What was even more alarming was her reaction to my frustration – she accused me of having an aggressive tone and using inappropriate language. It is utterly disheartening to witness a representative of a supposedly reputable company deflect responsibility and resort to tactics of intimidation.The crux of the matter is this: Cintas Fire Services not only failed to acknowledge their error in incorrectly assessing my payment but also handled the situation in a wholly unprofessional manner. Threatening to send a customer to collections over a mere $26 discrepancy, without owning up to their own oversight, is an absolute disgrace.My interactions with Cintas Fire Services have left me deeply disillusioned, and I cannot fathom entrusting them with any future business or recommending their services to anyone. It is my sincere hope that others take heed of my cautionary tale and think twice before engaging this company. If they are incapable of handling a simple error and resort to threats, one can only imagine the magnitude of their response in more significant matters.In summary, my experience with Cintas Fire Services has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their lack of accountability, unprofessional behavior, and disregard for customer concerns have led me to vehemently discourage anyone from considering their services. Driver was speeding South of Rosedale Dr on Helix St Spring Valley 91977 on a 25 MPH (20 posted on turns) winding Street, he then followed me very closely, to the point I pulled over and let him go by, going the same direction, I was behind him again at the red light at Kenwood on Bancroft. Then again the light at the Hwy 94 turned red and he ran the red light. only to be stopped by traffic on the other side of the 94.Called and this safety company response was to call back and hang up

This company evidently contacted my office manager to have an inspection of our fire extinguisher. They are billing me for inspecting exit and emergency lights which were not within their scope and was never authorized by my office. I lease a space and the landlord has their own maintenance company that performs those inspections. I contacted the customer service and billing lines only to to reach an answering service during normal business hours with no callback. I would never recommend this company and will make sure to advise my colleagues of my experience.

Do not use this company! Management is a joke and their techs with the exception of maybe 2 are horrible. I've had to walk them through their own job several times. Missed all of our PMs last year and asked why, said COVID-19. So my building doesn't need to be up to code? The Fire Marshall thinks it should! You never rescheduled you never said anything. $325 per hour and time starts when they leave the office. Scheduling is horrendous, billing is disconnected. I regrettably tried to stick out with them, over 3 years. Bad choice.***If your looking for fire protection, troubleshooting, etc go to Aztec Fire protection, seriously all Aces! Aztec worst employee(if they have one) is better than Cintas best tech! No joke. Aztec has been amazing!

The customer service here seriously needs better improvement. In the last few days I’ve called so many times, transferred between 3 employees each time and they kept telling me they would call me back as I was trying to set up services with them for the 45+ locations I have. After 4 calls yesterday alone they kept assuring me they would call back. They didn’t. I called them this morning and not only was the phone etiquette unpleasant but they told me they were not going to service the location, they could have told me that yesterday. We acquired some restaurants that they previously serviced plus our own and we were going to move all of our locations services to Cintas but after this you guys dropped the ball. There was some issue i assume with the previous person who we purchased their franchises. They were only servicing 4 locations of theirs we have over 45. Not only will we not be using the fire extinguishers services but we will also not be using the uniform services we were going to switch over to which was why I was calling to try and get a hold of someone to talk about a contract.

This is not a honest company they took over Metro Fire which I had used for 10 years and always paid the same rate of $275.00. I received a bill from Cintas for almost $800.00 they never even gave me a estimate for the work they were doing. It took me 6 months to have some one get back to me and all they did was insult me and treated me with a lack of respect and were very rude. I asked them to take me off their list and to never show up to my place again. For being such a large Corporation you would figure there would be some honesty but no there was none. Do not use this company.

There is a Cinitas fire protection truck California license plate 05055S2 that is always parked outside of my residence. Why it is parked here for days on end really bothers me. The company should not have the employees driving the vehicles for personal use. There should be a facility in which the trucks stay at over night. On top of being parked outside my residence it’s always dirty. Lots of trash inside of it it’s just an eye sore. The fact that it’s always there makes me think the company is not professional to be having the employees just do what ever they want with the trucks on down time.

This review is regarding your truck # 226768. Who ever drove this truck on April 16th at 7:45 am is a reckless driver at bare minimum. The only reason he or she didn't cause any physical injuries to motorists is the fact that all other drivers around him had to adjust their morning commute in a split second to not get hurt. The driver should be moved to a desk job or get fired for endangering others.

Our hotel used Cintas for many years. I wish I would have found out sooner that they overcharge for repairs and cheat you on the inspections. One of our most important inspections, they failed us multiple times and sent us an invoice for repairs in the thousands of dollars on different occasions for mistakes that they made.I know it sounds a bit confusing, but I don't want to make this review too long and you end up not reading it. Please trust me that this company is not good. They are not honest. The branch manager came to get my explanation of why we will stop using them and he said that he doesn't expect me to pay for that last mess of an inspection because of how horrible it sounded for us as the customer. Then, he emailed me a week later asking for payment. I requested to receive a money back guarantee as he quoted me (for how dissatisfied I was during this entire process) and he denied that he ever told me anything of the sort.Our hotel was a customer for many, many years...and they just treated me like nothing. What a terrible...terrible company...I am so sorry to those of you who have been ripped off by them. There are many other local companies in San Diego who are more honest and do a much better job.

Had an excellent experience today with our yearly service.Your representative Adam S did a great job and was very professional, apologizing to our guests if he felt like he had inconvenienced them, and waiting while i helped guests . He explained the process and worked with minimal guest impact. I can't think of better service we have received here at Holiday Inn Express .If you have this company help with your fire protection i hope you are lucky enough to have Adam as your Service RepRichardHoliday Inn Express Mira Mesa
