Armando who works at the Citibank off Mira Mesa not only deserves the huge amount of gratitude I have towards them, but deserves a raise, lunch, and employee of the month. I was quickly helped not only once but twice in a time of high stress, by Armando being KIND, professional, knowledgeable and patient. I was frantic trying to get a couple of things ironed out AFTER I talked to “customer service” in the phone, and got me not only answers but SOLUTIONS. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much.

I have nothing personally against this branch but I definitely have a problem with the bank itself DO NOT BANK WITH CITI BANK THE WORSE BANK EVER TO BANK WITH! Their customer service representative's over the phone are so rude and they hang up in your face without resolving anything. I would not recommend this bank the worst bank ever!

I've been a Citi customer for nearly 30 years. I even worked for them out of college and have held their stock for decades. I recently had an issue w my debit card. I spent three hours in the phone trying to resolve issue, was hung up on once and transferred four times without resolve. Then I went to my local Citi office to resolve the issue, another hour of my time. My issue is still not resolved. The people in the local office were very nice but the people on the phone clearly have no clue what they are doing. Very frustrating. You know it's bad if a 30 year customer leaves due to poor customer service over the phone. Reminds me of how bad customer service w ATT.

This manager didn't care that I needed gas money and stuck. I has a 10 000 dollar settlement check and refuse to help me in any way. Even after i told her that Melrose branch manager did not inform me that you dont cash anything over 5000. Don't give both branch business take your money elsewhere. Both managers should be fired.

I went in on a Friday afternoon for my banking needs. I understand they close at 4pm due to Covid, but having only 1 banker and 1 teller working on a Friday was poor staffing decision. There was no sense of urgency in the manager who had to help the lone teller who was helping the customer ahead of me.

I went this morning and it was closed with no sign outside as to why. It had a sign that just said that they close at 2PM but that is it. The website says they are open. Total waste of time and gas. Also, in these times of Covid19 they only offer forbearance, not a mortgage deferral like Wells Fargo. Do your self a favor and open an account at another bank, this one sucks. I wish I could leave zero stars!

Unknown charge of 225.00 and an additional 23.00 charge from the same merchant that was disputed, they reversed the 23.00 charge and stuck me with 225.00 charge.Their claim of "No liability for out customers" is a scam the charges were in December here I am in Feb. Awaiting the charge to magically drop off...meantime they get all the interest.DONT bank with this company!Consumer beware!!!

So in considerate of people's time. On the first occasion, she was suppose to call me and she didn't. Then, showed up to meet her at an specified time, and she has me waiting for more than 30 minutes! No customer service at this branch.

I don't normally write yelp reviews. But goodness. Krista and Josh shouldn't be working here. They have major attitude problem. Their management should talk to these two. Very unhelpful and rude to customers.

I went in there about noon on 10/23 to ask if I can use the restroom. The branch was completely empty and the male teller was giving me directions when the other denial teller asked if I was I client. I responded no because I don't bank with them. However I do have a few credit cards with citi bank. It was such a turn off and I could have been a potent customer. I work in banking and I would of totally turned that into an opportunity to talk up the benefits of being a costumer.
