Most inconvenient location possible, which in itself may not be bad, but they have the most inconvenient parking area which holds 2 cars , else u have to walk to parking garage. Ok so you'd think as anyone w common sense that the management would know this and to offset it theyd want to make the experience inside all the better than other banks. But noooo I go in there and they have 1 teller , 10 people in line, and 3 or 4 other workers screwing around on computers or something. Even one at a teller window not helping anyone or even saying anything. Not one person says anything about the wait or the inconvenience. Absolutely the worst ever. Then some guy in line says their system is slow. Lol. Naw dude and if it was that why wouldn't they be more pressed to add a teller to help us?

They are horrible stay away. The Customer service when you call in is ridiculous. They cannot assist and apparently have no managers on duty at any given time.

Mr. Estrada (the branch manager) was extremely helpful in assisting me with some difficult closing out of an account. He was extremely professional and did his best to accommodate me despite it being busy. I very much appreciate people deliver great customer service and he and the tellers at city heights did an amazing 5 star job.

I don't love this Citibank location. It's pretty accessible being right off the freeway, but then you have to make like 3 turns to get to the parking lot, which is shared with some sort of a school or something? I dunno, but I've gotten stuck behind a bunch of cars picking people up, and some non police officers trying to tell me where I can and cannot go. Other than that, this Citibank does just fine when they're open... one time I came here and they had some sort of disease outbreak and were shut down for a week. Come to think of it, why am I going back to this Citibank location ever again?

I wish your oversea customer service agents weren't argumentative and so cocky ... your agent send me a new card to my pobox only to find out after 3 days you don't send them to pobox. now i call and your oversea agent can't find my tracking number for the fed ex card you sent me yesterday. i hung up finally.

I'm so disappointed with Citibank. I have been with Citibank for over 30 years. My checking, home loans, credit cards, line of credit, everything. First they closed my location, so it's really inconvenient to go to Citibank now. Then they closed the atm's at 7-Eleven. Charged me an arm and a leg to refinance my 3rd home loan with them. Didn't matter that I have been with them forever. Wish I would have seeked a different establishment. Now they r closed on saturdays. I'm going to find a new establishment for my banking needs. Too bad, I really was happy there for years,

Opened a new account online in mid September, they said they shipped my debit card and pin September 25. It's now October 11 and still haven't received the debit but I received the PIN number and checkbooks ... I called customer care and they told me I was able to go to the branch and receive a temporary debit card in the mean time while a new card was being issued and mailed to me. So I went to this location where I was helped by a woman who told me since my account was opened online I would have to wait for the original mailed card to be received. I explained to her customer care told me I can come to location and receive a temporary card and they can issue me a new one. Her response was "I don't know why they would tell you that". really? So now I have to wait another 5-7 business days for another card? So as I left, I dialed the customer service number again to clarify what I would have to do for a new card. Yet again I was directed to go to the branch and pick up a temporary card. After telling the representative on the phone about my experience they were able to upgrade the shipping to 24-48 hours... -_________- I've already deposited money on my account and I received everything BUT the debit card. Why wasn't the branch able to help me? Even after the call reps told me 2 times I was about to get a temporary card there. So annoying. You guys suck.

I dread coming to this Citibank. I've bank with citi for nearly 15 years & have always had stellar customer service. But at this branch, twice I was assisted by Ivonne De la Rosa. She's clearly lazy and will say anything to try and not serve you probably. For example, a few weeks ago, I came in because I didn't understand my fee. I explained I read through the disclaimers and didnt understand. She immediately cut me off and said "just read the letter and it will tell you". I thought I was coming to the branch because I could get clarity but I guess not. I asked to speak with Jackie and was told she's with a client and that I could wait. My nephew and I waited nearly an hour and no one checked on us. I went up to her counter and asked if we would get helped. She said they were closing in a few minutes and may need to come back. ARE YOU SERIOUS??? I was extremely upset and nearly wanted to cry. Jackie was still with her client and I could tell she wasnt going to acknowledging that I was there either so I left. Well....fast forward to today, Ivonne helped me do a withdrawal. I explained that my card was expired and that I haven't been able to use it. I asked for a temporary card which she tells me they should automatically send me one in a few weeks. I asked can she make sure of this and she responds that I can wait or call to confirm, that's it's up to me. WHAT DO THIS MEAN??? I asked if she could get me a temp. card and she tells me that they could but would need to cancel ALL my cards to do so. So I told her nevermind. I could tell she didn't want to do the work and was giving me attitude. My card is not to just withdrawal money. I need to be able to use it to make purchases online and in case of emergency. I can't even do that! Basically, my issue WAS NOT addressed and now I have to go home and see if customer service can be of more assistance.

I have never had such stellar customer service at a bank. Dealing with people over the phone can be a headache! It is good to know that I can go into this bank and that Jorge and his team will go above and beyond to provide stellar customer service! Thank you. This branch...and ONLY this branch!!...makes me appreciate banking with citibank

This Citibank ATM is more desirable because it allows people to use their credit union debit cards.
