We had a Citibank check from a tenant and was told we couldn't cash it here, that we had to drive to another Citibank. Stupid

Good customer service. Easy parking. Security guard. Never too busy. As far as banks go this one will work.

Looks like a lot of these negative reviews are old but it's a new year. I had no problems and the customer service was pleasant and helpful.
