Gabe is the best teller I've had the pleasure of interacting with. I had some initial doubts as to how helpful he could be since he seemed to be younger, but he was very knowledgeable and insightful. He carefully handled any of the concerns that I was facing and was very attentive. An overall great experience at this establishment.

Fraud division in Philippines. they are prevented from text verify. added my card to ApplePay and GooglePay. got Email verification of both!! Fraud alert kicked in 4 times after emails!! All legit. Finally told two sons on ski-trip to stop using crummy Citi-Card. I sent them Zelle Cash instead. I am Citi customer since 1983. I need my head examined

The representatives successfully helped me to do larger international wire transfers. I spent a nightmarish week with Citibank "security" department. It used every possible excuse to prohibit me from managing my funds. They cancelled each and every of my wires, citing the "account security". In my opinion, it had nothing to do with that, and everything to do with a desperate attempt to keep the funds within Citibank. Kim, Erika, and their boss, spent a lot of time helping me, and we finally accomplished it. For that I am very thankful to them.

Help the god damn homeless you move them nowhere. You talk to them when they are hungry and they end up nowhere!!! If I did the same thing am I any better??? Can you even think for yourself? You have a place to live yet every excuse and no help for the homeless? You have almost calculated the cost of not helping the homeless do you see anyone helping the homeless with all that money you have? Do I have to think for you?!? But you take you take up land or real estate yet I cannot rent from you?????

The worst bank and customer service. Gabe is the worst teller and the managers are not helpful. They can resolve any issue and tell you to call citibanks back office and the back office tells you that the branch can handle any situation.

Just closed my business checking account here. To open the account was a nightmare, then they can't get me checks, and they charge me fees they said they wouldn't. The branch manager Shelley is unresponsive and doesn't care about you or your business. If they can't open and maintain a simple checking account properly then why would I trust them with my loans or mortgages? I would not recommend this place to anyone

Mikhael Turcan might be the best personal banker out there. When I enrolled in Citi Checking, there was a system glitched that prevented me from receiving my American Airlines reward. I asked Mikhael about this and he single handly investigated the issue and validated that I was in fact eligible for the reward. He said it would take a month to open the case and in the meantime he will call me back in a month. A month went by, and he called me on the exact date he said he would call me to let me know that the case was approved and I should be getting my reward (IE now processing). On top of all that, he said he will call me in another month to check in with me too see if I was able to see the rewards applied. Knowing that he must be interacting with a bunch of clients on a daily basis, this level of personal care is truly exceptional as everything these days is automated, so its nice to see a Human behind the screen to ensure I was taken care of. Made me feel like a premium client.

The teller purposely create problem. With account there and old account closed. She will directly tell me your account closed and I don’t have an account. Yes. Old one closed one year ago. I came for my current one. Why do we need to discuss closed one and tell me I don’t have an account. Then I long explaination she saw the old one …… get some training please

This branch sucks. Only one banker and always busy. The bank tellers are rude and don't communicate with each other. I went last Friday to open a savings account and was told to come back Monday because it's almost closing time. (Lazy banker). The bank teller took all my information and I told her I'll be back @ 1pm Monday. When I came back I was told the banker is busy and going to lunch. And was told to come back at 2pm. Whe. I came back she's busy with a custome and that she's book for the dayalland come back tomorrow. Forget it . You're not gonna have my business. Worst bank experience ever.
