This is the most I’ve ever been scammed and played in my entire life, walking in I told the worker who seemed like a nice guy that I was new to this and I wanted to get my girlfriend and I some cool shoes, and I didn’t really know what I was doing. But we found some that we liked and just picked them asked about the price because it seemed high. The green pair I was told was very limited and you can’t find them anywhere (they wanted 265$) the black pair (they asked for 245) I was told was a good deal, I pair the man and went around to shop when I came back for the shoes I realized I am d*** and should’ve looked up the cost. Upon looking up the cost I realized the green pair of sb’s are in stock at Nike in the same size for 110$ the black pair on sale for 124$ I didn’t even make it out the store and told the workers I was sick and just want to either return them, or just get a little bit of the difference back I would’ve ever took the difference in store credit, they refused to work with me took advantage of a newbie and did it well, these people are scam shop jacking the prices up of shoes you can get by 250% and will not refund you even if you didn’t even make it out the store don’t trust a word from them and DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! don’t buy gifts here, don’t do anything here unless you are an expert on getting the prices of some thing sdkicks if you want to make this right you still have my 500$ Zelle transaction to fix this and we can talk if not I wish your business the worst

Place is very hidden behind a pretzel stand prices are really outrageous trying to be like a wanna be Flight Club or Sole Kicks shoe selection is mediocre and basic. Selling fake basketball jerseys too

BE CAREFUL NO RETURN Policy STORE , they put sign no return just on check with sign “final sale”, no one word and no sign in store about “final sale”, no return even if you made a purchase 30 minutes ago , very overpriced. I paid 250$ and when I checked out internet price was 120$ or less . Very disappointing, please be careful guys!!

By far the best place to come for the latest sneakers. Plenty of variety! From Nike to Jordan to Adidas. Also various clothing brands; Essentials, Bape, Nike, etc. But also the staff here gives the friendliest customer service by far. You can also come in and sell your "New" kicks or even trade. Used pairs can also be sold/ traded but depending on how worn. I'll definitely shop here and sell here to City Kicks.

J'SI appreciate the variety of Air Jordan 1's on their shelves but my size is hard to come by because I wear youth size (ex: 4y = 5.5w, 4.5y = 6w). Typically I order my J's through legit sneakerhead sites (Ex: Flight Club, Stadium Goods... because they authenticate the shoes) because the pair/color I try to find aren't always available at local stores. Out of pure randomness I walked in and found the pair I want (Black, Grey, Pink with the pink stitching around the sole), however the smallest they had was 5y. I can go for either 4-4.5y. They called the other locations and no luck. And yes, I do like how they wrap the shoes because it protects and doesn't bends the quality of people trying it on. And y'all know us who love us some J's, we keep our shoes fresh. And once again, I had to go on the sneakerhead sites, pray for my size to be available, and luckily ordered my pair. Would have been nice if they had inventory.

I went there today in a hope of finding the yeezy foam runner note you I don't know my size so I ask for assistance. The guy that work there this late afternoon was rude when I asked if I could try on shoes he refuses. He said I won't you try unless you are buying. Sir how am I supposed to buy some shoes if I can't even try it on. He gets upset because I ask to try on the shoes. I own a Bussiness and one thing I know about is customer service something that this man doesn't have or manners. He looks like he doesn't want to be there. I Hope they hire a new person who welcomes their customers when they walk in the door. No offense that's why no one tend to stay in the store for more than 5 mins. Do better! Would love to support the Business but not when you have ppl like him work there.

I went to buy a pair of shoes for my daughter. I noticed that the store is very well organized. The employees were polite. And greeted us with smiles. The young man who helped us was courteous, and not pushy. We were very happy and would come back to this store.

This is a store to go to if you absolutely cant find the shoe you're looking for or if you cannot wait for shipping elsewhere. The prices are super inflated. The people are really cool though.
