Do not bank with this company, the staff is rude and will not help you. Common sense is not common in this bank. Save yourself the trouble. Also if you get some guy named kamyou or whatever steer clear he is useless.

Comerica Bank set up checking and savings accounts for me and my kids but as soon as they turned 18, they withdrew $5 a month for service fees without saying anything. Once I asked about the fees, they would not reverse any fees that were being drained for months. When I tried to close my "On the job" banking account, it was a nightmare trying to close the account. The account closure took 40 minutes. The teller helping me was asking senior tellers and the manager for help on how to close it, but they had no interest in helping the teller as they were chatting about personal stuff in the lobby. The teller had to call the corporate help number to get assistance. The teller helping me did a great job in trying to resolve the issue but no one was willing to help the teller. Paul the teller did an awesome job trying to help. He had great customer service. Poor management and poor customer service from manager. No interest in helping us. This bank has very few atms in the city and other banks will charge you each time you use an atm. I bank at B of A and here. However, Take my advice, bank somewhere else more modern and more helpful. I moved everything to B of A now.

The previously unreliable ATM at this location has been replaced with a newer model that does not require an envelope for deposits - but still doesn't always work. I've had to try several times to get the same check processed. When open, I usually prefer to go inside and deal with humans rather than just automated machines - but wonder why Comerica even employs humans since most of the times I've come, the bank has either no or at most one other customer and several employees sitting around not doing anything. Amazingly, instead of this meaning any customer who actually does come in receiving an abundance of immediate attention, there is still often a wait to be helped (longer than if the outside ATM was used to make a deposit or withdrawal). If you call the branch about a problem, they will often resolve it for you, but almost never will let you know or ever call you back - and instead ask ask expect you check your account online a few days to check for any obvious changes. Comerica touts itself as being highly personalized and caring but I've yet to experience that - and so now keep all my account balances much lower than what I opened then with.

I recently opened an account with Comerica and I am very pleased with how I have been treated. I like visiting this location because the service is always excellent and quick. The employees are always going out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I have been banking here for the past year. All the employees I have met have been professional and friendly. The best part of this coming to this bank is that there are no lines. I have been to banks with dreadfully long line that take up your whole day. It becomes a hassle to stop by the bank. However, I do not have to worry about it since I started banking here. Highly recommend to anyone!!
