Their timeliness and attention to detail were highly impressive, ensuring we understood each phase of the home-buying journey. Sean started the refinance process by presenting a video to walk us through different options. It was a unique and efficient way to guide us through the information. We got a low rate with very reasonable closing costs. Sean and Emily were attentive and helpful throughout the process. We would use Community Mortgage again.

My wife and I worked closely with Matt on our first mortgage, and we had a great experience every step of the way. We first met with Matt a year before we ended up buying and he was so helpful even though we weren't ready to pull the trigger just then. When we were ready, Matt and the whole team were a pleasure to work with. And most importantly, they were so quick and thorough. We had a very short closing timeline and they got us through the whole mortgage process quickly and with no issues at all. Community Mortgage made the entire loan process very manageable during the stressful time of both selling and buying my homes. Matt Gorham kept the multitude of choices easy for me to decide through his clarity and patience.
