Concentra provides occupational health services to employees and includes injury care, physical therapy, drug testing, physical exams, urgent care and preventive wellness program. The service was really good and the staff was very polite. The doctor was thorough, understanding and quick, making the experience super easy. The wait time was as instructed and in many cases was exactly as expected, with some visits taking over an hour for a drug screen while others were done within 1.5 hrs. Overall very good customer service from all staff, a great experience for DOT physical, physical, blood work and any medical procedure. The staff was great and the experience was better than expected.
The lab tech that helped me, I think her name was Regina. She was so professional the way she explained the process and expectations. I appreciated her humor, friendliness and promptness. I would love to have her as my lab tech once again when visiting Concentra. 👍👍

The service was really good so no complaints there. I had to wait over an hour though for a drug screening, but it still was bad.
