Bad service from the employees, little flexibility when delivering packages that have not yet been processed and when they have them in sight they ask you to return after 3 hours to pick them up. (I clarify in your response) I know your company's policy and I HAVE READ IT, but if the MAIL IS ALONE AND THE PACKAGE IS IN SIGHT, why can't they have the kindness and flexibility for a customer like me who has been with them for years? you and not take 3 minutes to process the package and deliver it to me? I only ask that not all situations are the same and the rules can be modified in different situations, I was not asking that they look for my package (since it was in sight) or that they stop doing what they were doing to serve me since the mail was alone, I thank you for your response.

They lost my mail each and every time. When I asked for this issue resolved, the old woman at the counter couldn’t care less and directed me to their email, said she just “didn’t know” why none ever reached my box. I contact the owner Alex Garcia via their company email and get harassed by his personal phone number via WhatsApp, name called and banned from using their service (as if I would actually renew another 6 month contract, please). I still haven’t received my mail nor have I gotten a refund at the very least…

Can’t drop off pre-paid labels packages. If they can’t charge for it they won’t accept it.

Expensive and bad service, if you receibe a package the same day, they don't give it to you until after 3pm, if they can, if not, you have to wait.

I really would not recommend this as a PO Box Service.I would hardly classify it as a PO Box Service either way, they urge you to write your Box Number as "Apartment Number" whenever you want things delivered, so I'm sketchy on the legitimacy of their service.They charge around $100 dollars for a yearly subscription, and still charge additional per package received. If you do not want a subscription, they can still receive packages, but you will not be notified, they will charge a base $10 per package and they will return to sender at an unspecified time.They have a very strict no contact policy, and thus they will not allow you to call or email them about any inquiries, all questions must be done in person by going to the counter.They have a notification system set up for subscribers, which is useful, but they are very bad at keeping track of which packages come in and come out. One of mine got lost and they claim it was returned to sender, but they didn't keep a record of when this was sent back or have any proof to back that claim.It's expensive, sketchy and unfriendly.Please find a P.O. Box service elsewhere.

Good place and affordable pricing. Their customer service is outstanding and with their new expansion allow to have more space for more packages. I wish they open Sundays but otherwise is highly recommend it.

Absolutely thee worst place to get a packaged dropped off today i went in at 2pm my packaged delivered at 1:54 pm was told I couldn't grab it come back at 3 same location they were dropped off at go to pay both from same company they charged 40 dollars WHAT A RiPP OFF!!!!!! Especially during these tough times been with them for over a year .you would think they would treat there customers better,think twice before you get something to deliver with there makeshift pricing

For me this is the best option as PO Box and as a shipping center, they are really close to the border and I have received packages with them for a long time and I’ve never had any problems or lost packages. For shipments they always let you know what your best options are regarding prices and shipping times. 100% recommended.

On Friday 31,2020. I went in there to pick up two packages. I was charged 20 dollars for both, I thought it was very expensive since I already paid a yearly membership to receive mail. The lady very unprofessional. She told me if I didn't like it to get a house in San Diego and receive my mail there or go somewhere else. The employees aren't professional at all, it seems like they own the place and treat customer very poorly. These employees need to go, because they just don't like helping people or answering their questions without giving us an attitude.
