They are often late to open but they close right at the dot. So get there on time because they won't be open or even help you out after fighting traffic to get there.

Terrible service here, go spend your money somewhere else. They never have your packages and mail on time. Even when you pay extra for fast shipping they won’t give it to you and don’t even bother to refund you for it. They supposedly open at 9am, they open whenever they wake up 10/11 am.

Upside: They do a great job maintaining mail, and management is top notch!Downside: Their mailing notification systems are old-fashioned and obsolete, and nobody picks up the phone.

Great service and very nice and helpful people, but it's expensive, you pay extra for each package you receive, obsolete packages handling and electronic system, they still leave notices in your mail box, other places send you notifications to your phones when you receive or pick up packages. A lot of times they loose stuff or can't find them right away, there's better p.o boxes in san ysidro CA
