When I googled beauty salons near me, this business came up. After battling the parking lot I walked up only to find out this business isn’t open to the general public. That’s cool but maybe open with that immediately so no one else makes the drive only to be turned away. Just a suggestion.

I called the store twice. Once to inquire on product availability. The second to inquire on product pricing. When I visited the store they helped me find an unavailable product at a different location and they went the extra mile and asked personnel to put the products on hold for me. Lesley the store manager helped me with both calls and Ashley was great when I went in. Thank you ladies. I highly recommend this location.

This is my favorite location! I've been to others but I always have great service here ! Last time I visited Ashley and Leslie were knowledgeable and friendly!

Got a catalog with a item in it I wanted. Went the very next day & found the store closed with handwritten sign saying closed from 12-1 for lunch. Once they reopened I asked about the tool in the catalog. Told they had only gotten in 2 the month prior & they sold out. I said as in the catalog that came out yesterday would you get more. Told I don't know but I could call other stores to see if any still had in stock. No offer to check for me etc. Very unhelpful. Customer service cost a business nothing, but lack of customer service can cost a business everything!

The cashier who had a messy bun has one of the worst customer services, literally. She stares at you up and down in a weird and judging way, which made me feel so uncomfortable. I read Ashlee shared her unpleasant experience which was similar to what happened to me today. Does she have a problem with a non-Caucasian customers who speak other languages, other than English?

My favorites! Thank god for them! It's a neeer location and really helpful knowledgeable staff. Everyone knows not to come here without a Cosmo license. So those reviews are comical... of course they were rude you aren't supposed to be shopping there! Thanks to the ladies that have to be retail workers Information encyclopedias and bodyguards! Always open early and there in weekends so I can blow through and grab the colors I need. Seriously thank god for you.

I usually go to the other location but I came to this one today with my mom who helps me runs my business and we got treated so awkwardly and weird by the woman working wearing a tie dye sweater and messy bun. She was looking at my mom all weird and had to make it known that my mother wasn't allowed in side of the store until I walked in since I'm licensed.....I was on a phone call outside and came in about two mins after my mom. Mind you we always spend over $100 every time we go and this is not the first time she made my mom feel uncomfortable. Lucky for us there are other Cosmo Profs we can give our business to. She was making weird faces when we were speaking out native Spanish and then glared at us as we were leaving. Truly a horrible experience. I recommend to other POC to check out the one in national city if you want to be treated with respect and kindness in a place where you spend a lot of money.

The girl that works there has the worst attitude and doesn't know her products. I've worked in the plaza for a few years and notice she kicks people out who don't have licenses, I am licensed and I can have someone in store with me, she refuses service even though I have an account with them and I'm licensed and have the card present with the current phone number. She argues with the property manager. If this company valued costumers and their experiences they would have fired her a while ago. Not coming here again.

There is no wonder this store has such a poor review rating! The manager natalie is beyond rude and unprofessional. I am on hold with corporate to complain about her and try to get my situation rectified since she was so rude. Natalie the manager Hung up the phone on me 15 times in a row when I tried calling back after hanging up the phone when we were on it. I was overcharged for product I did not order and her response is in a snippy voice my salon shouldnt be open anyways! Are you kidding me lol dont be open as a store then if you shouldnt sell product. Not everyone is doing hair at the salon. I could be doing my hair at home or a million other scenarios. What business is it of hers to question what I am doing with my products. Not her business what I do with it. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. I asked to speak to someone higher up then her since she wanted to be so rude. She says call corporate if you are unhappy . Great customer service!!!! I called another store in santee who they know me well to inform them of situation and to get corporates phone number since natalie kept picking up the phone and hanging up on me . She also said in a snippy tone that my name is on the receipt right?? Then your order is right ! Well it wasnt! . She should not be in a manager position and I will be doing everything I can to report her. Everyone else is amazing at every store except her. I have been a hair stylist 18 years and that was appauling being hung up on then trying to call back and continually being hung up on !!!! No one has reached out to me to hear what I have to say about it or to rectify the situation and now I get a call back from her saying I am banned from the store!!!!! Are you kidding me lol 18 years going to this store never having a problem with anyone at any location. And now this young rude combative girl wants to say I am banned. I need to speak to corporate or a district manager or someone who has that authority. This is beyond ridiculous and I will be taking legal action. I have amazing yelp reviews for my salon because I have what is called customer service skills. Natalie needs to be fired and not work in the service industry.

Horrible service!!! I wouldn't go back to this location if you paid me. I didn't have any ID on me so I was going to give my phone number, as always, to look up my account. The answer was NO and that was it. Cosmoprof should be embarrassed to have a store manager like this representing their company. She was rude and unapologetic. I will stick to Salon Centric where the staff is friendly and accommodating. Horrific experience.
