They will list and market your property and lie to you that it is not on the market. It personally damaging. They are outrageously expensive and draconian. Shame on them!

Overpriced and overrated! I end up going to other (free) sites to get info thats not on Costar. Watch out for the terms that they keep hidden away in the small print. They will automatically lock you in for another year if you dont cancel.

Working with Ryan Theige, the Senior Sales Rep has always been a great experience. He cares about the success of his clients. Costar has continued to invest in R&D and improve the subscription features. They have both national and local technical support and now offer technical support on weekends.
