Where to begin...The employees at this business pick and choose who they help.. specifically the Tire Center....ojalá y hablas español tendrás mejor suerte. No need to make an appointment because they'll still make you wait just a few hours..so be prepared. Management is terrible. I do not recommend this Costco to anyone.

The store itself is AWESOME, BUT the service at the Tire Center could definitely use improvement.10 people in line and the one cashier Luis F, did not ask for help. It wasn't until I called as other customers in line were complaining that finally after 30 min in line with Luis that someone named Tee finally came to assist and help at the register.I have been an Executive Member at Costco for over 25 years and have never seen such a decline in "Customer Service."I notified Administrative Staff and hopefully there can be some resolve to Customer Service.

I returned a pedestal fan that abruptly stopped working. It has a 5-yr warranty. Melissa asked me if I had the "hand thing". I didn't know what she meant. Then it dawned on me she meant remote. I said I forgot it but could bring it back. She said it will be gone in a few hours and too late. She then says I got a few years out of it sarcastically. I reiterated the 5-yr warranty to which she made no comment.She goes to her supervisor, comes back and says that her supervisor said they would return it this time but next time, I need all parts. Again, I reiterated that I forgot it came with a remote and I was upset because the fan stopped working. Also, I bought a rose gold necklace from the Honolulu Jewelry Company roadshow and was told by that employee I could return it if it didn't fit in my pendant. Melissa didn't explain to me that the necklace info in their system contradicted my necklace. She said she saw a yellow gold necklace and I said I purchased that a year ago and I asked did her info say July or November. She sarcastically said July is the only thing I'm looking at. Her manager came over and explained why I couldn't get my refund and told Melissa that my necklace had a higher value than what was entered into they're computer.From the way Melissa treated me regarding the necklace, it appeared she thought I was trying to switch my necklace or something. It's not my fault that the tag on the necklace from HJC said "yellow gold" instead of "rose gold". Supervisor told me to contact the vendor for my refund. This was a "first"!

Costco is conveniently located about 5min from where I live and I decided to go there for a late lunch. Obviously there were several people waiting for their order when I arrived and I only waited about 5min after placing my order. I ordered the Chicken Bake and the Cold Brew Mocha Freeze. Can't go wrong with the chicken bake which is more my option now since the pizzas are too greasy for me. The Mocha Freeze has been my default coffee choice for a while now. If I can't decide where to get an iced coffee outside in the community, then Costco is where I go. You can't beat the price and the convenience for me.

Just went to Costco great trip as always, but as I was checking out, Miss Sharon register 4 was in a very bad mood.... She was literally cussing yelling at the supervisors, saying to close her out that she was over this shit that this is so fucking stupid. She was so angry that she was literally throwing around my bottles of liquor. I have never seen a grown woman act like that while working in front of customers, and in front of all her leads and supervisors I was absolutely shocked!

This Costco Gas station has to be the worst. Why am I paying for my membership to have someone get the gestation attendant to use his card to get gas.

Forgot Costco card .. in a hurry before work and went up to ask if I can shop because I either lost or forgot my card at home ... I said I don't want a replacement ..just want to know if I can shop and then I'll look for my card after .. after taking their time knowing that I said I'm in a hurry I just need to know if I can shop .. they start asking me all these questions .. I said you know what nevermind and said thanks and left .. they were giving me a hard time because d.o.b didn't match .. but aaaalllll the other info I gave matched .. they proceeded to cancel my card and now I have to go talk to those idiots again and waste more time to straighten this crap out .. just so they can go crazy scratching their head because of one piece of irrelevant info doesn't match ..... it's fine to shop there but the member service treated me like I'm trying to get away with something

Specifically at the Tire center, the service was terrible and rude. Was having tires installed. I had an appointment and they said they'd call when it was done and they didn't. Instead of waiting 2 hours I had to wait 3 and they wouldn't even acknowledge that they messed up. Just pick a different Costco cause it seems like these people hate everyone who walks through the door.

Answer your freaking phones! Spent 15 minutes going through menus and ringing various departments and no one answers except the meat cutter, who can't help me with my issue.

This wear house is the bad place ever I go the Maneger of the store and also the supervisor of the store was super mad and not respectful for anyone. I don't want to go to this place ever again

I've had better experiences being kicked in the balls than shopping at this place. I'm not even sure Costco claims this bastardized store as their own. If you're looking for a store where employees will loudly argue with you and challenge you verbally in the checkout lanes in front of supervisors with no repercussions then this is the spot for you! Do you love being ignored when trying to handle an issue or complaint? Do you get off on the employee you're midst conversation with suddenly disengaging and beginning a conversation with the customer behind you because "they don't handle complaints"? You're going to BURST with excitement at this warehouse! Is old, cold dry food for you? Well, relive your college glory days with a blast of nostalgia every time you order from the food court! Sometime they even say 'screw it, why even cut it!?' which is a blast if you're into LARPing as cavemen! Look, this place sucks, don't say all of these reviews didn't warn you.

Very rude cashier his name is kaashal . First of all no acknowledgement he just scanned the card and continued talking to the person helping him with putting the stuff in the carts. I said those 2 carts are mine . He ignored me continued scanning then hit enter for my total. I said that other cart is mine . He didn't say anything to me started scanning the other cart and basically just threw the receipt at me . The whole time he continued talk to the other employee about housing and buying idk what. I have never had problems at costco and I've been a member for about 20 years now . I feel the new people they hire just don't care about their job because customer service definitely lacks in these new hires.

A great Costco, yes the parking lot gets full, yes the tire store is not the best. My advise is go to the Costco somewhere else ( mission valley) to get a bigger parking lot. Go to discount tires for the best. Stop composing

Went to Costco last week and had the worst customer service experience I ever had at Costco. Will drive further to a different Costco to avoid those employees. Costco in general is great though great prices usually good customer service top tier, and great gas. This encounter left a sour taste in my mouth and want to avoid this location.
