After many attempts to get the correct health permit and leaving a number of messages in just going to go here and sort things out. I called and left a message Monday saying I was off Tuesday and Thursday, they called me Wednesday and said they would call the next day never did. I've emailed them about a refund and have heard nothing as well.. pathetic. And they wonder why Americans hate government.Government incompetent employees at their finest.

The garbage men are pretty lazy in my book and messy. Not only do they drive in a hurry and can't seem to place the trash back in a up right position but they also tend to knock over a full trash can with the claw. Trash was over the street and sidewalk Never bothered cleaning up the mess he created. Contacted the city and supervisor. No one came back to pick up the mess. A portion of our property tax funds disposal collection and to have this done by city employees is just not right. Just as bad as going to pick up a trash can at the facility and having rude service. Five guys seating outside drinking a soda while one handles the public. Really ???smh no one is held accountable.

Wish staff could be more flexible. Ensure you arrive 30 mins before lunch, so you could get a service. If you arrive 15 mins before lunch, you won't be able to get a service if you're a new registrar for body art.

Nice new facilities. But these guys did not help with advancing a very simple payment forward on a friday.. They were more worried about doing less work than attending to me before closing. I went in today (5 days later) and the process could have easily been done friday. They just didnt help assist and move to advance the steps needed. Idk wth they were expecting. I came in 18 min prior to close. Said what i needed, and the guy kept checking the clock and did not help. Today, it was busy and i got thru entire process from beginning in under 15 min.. Really let down. These are the guys im supposed to have faith in working with on my journey and they were more concerned with the work load that would have entailed before closing at 4:30 on a friday.

I am from Riverside County, but I have an event coming up in San Diego County. I have spent the last six weeks attempting to speak to an individual from San Diego EH and STILL have been unable to get a live person or a return phone call (I have left 6-7 messages with my phone number and what I need to know). Their customer service totally stinks. If I do not have my appropriate permits or have to pay extra because it is too close to the event, it is their fault, not mine and I will expect refunds of my costs if I cannot sell my products.
