Today I had a very bad experience after waiting for more than an hour, the one with pink hair yelled at me because she said that I received a message that I never received and she yelled and spoke very badly to her colleague that if she was taking care of me very well she was going for a iphone pro max nimodo I had to ask for my money and go to another store I had a lot of patience but they yelled at me for no reason that was not a very unpleasant experience I hope they run her away she can't yell at people like that apart from not knowing anything then a man arrived and they barely even said hello They tell you what you want, I would put minus 100 if I could

Today I walk into the store because I need to make some changes to my account and the lady name Monica who helped my mom and me was so rude. She was screaming and telling my mom she couldn't help her make the changes, I tell her I need her to take off the insurance from each line that we never asked to have in the first place, being rude she answered and said she couldn't 't that it was impossible, She also asked if we were going to make a payment which I told her no because it wasn't the date yet she rolled her eyes and laughed. She screams a second time to my mom and I kindly ask her to stop with that attitude and she walk away without helping at all. There was another girl and I asked her if I could speak to her manager or have a number where I contact and complain and she answered by saying she was the manager. She didn't apologize or ask Monica to apologize. It was the worst experience we ever had to face, as my mom is an older lady and she deserves the respect she was giving Monica. We left the store upset that we couldn't fix the issue. We had to drive to another cricket wireless (1879 Logan Ave suite D San Diego ca 92113) where they apologized for what YOUR EMPLOYERS had done and kindly help us fix all the issues we had. I'm sorry, but I find this location not professional. There was a woman talking to her friends or family about makeup, and babysitting, and that worker didn't even bother in asking if I needed help until I started leaving the store. If you have friends or family visiting you, or its just another client have them be set aside. Tell them you can continue your conversation later. I waited for 10 minutes, and I need help with a replacement for my sim chip cause it was expired. I had to go to a different location to get this done. Another thing is that it happened at 2pm. I hope the manager reads this, and does something about this cause this is not good for business.

Brenda was very helpful and knowledgeable! She was very patient throughout my whole visit. I was there for about 3 hours and not once did she give up on me. I am a very pleased customer with the attention Brenda provided for me and my family! I now have a brand new iPhone 11 Pro Max and amazing service at a super affordable price! Thank you Brenda & Cricket!

I've been going to this Cricket store for 9 years since I switched from Verizon and I always leave happy, they always give me the best customer service ever and answer all my questions. Definitely recommend this store!!!

Cricket is messed up My cousin wanrned me about these guys my wife and got the two lines unlimited for 100 bucks due date is the 4th guess what they discontinued my service on the 3rd and charged us again to get my service back are you kidding me
