I would never recommend Cricket, much less come to this store, because of the manager Elena I had to pay an extra $20 this month because last month I brought her my new bank card so she could activate AUTOPAY and she didn't do it, which is why This month I would have to pay more money out of my pocket and on top of that I would be left without an line, I also bought an iPhone in cash and transferred all my things to it when I warned him not to because I didn't want my iCloud to be transferred to my new phone and She said that the iCloud would not be transferred, only the applications, and finally I called customer service 3 times now and the first two agents after hearing the problem I was having hung up on me! And the third agent I spoke to simply said that it was my fault for not having been attentive to the messages that Cricket sends, in the end as the saying goes CHEAP IS EXPENSIVE “lesson learned”
