Alma was awesome she went out of her Way she was much more helpful than the DISTRICT MGR MONICA WHO NEEDS TO TO PUT ON REPORT FOR REFUSING TO HELP ME SHE TOLD THE NEW GUY WORKING THERE 1 MTH TO HANG UP ON THE TECH WALKING HIM THRU THE PROCESS OF GETTING INTO MY LOCKED ACCOUNT AND PIN AFTER TECH TOLD HER SHE NEEDED TO DO A MGR BYPASS AUTHORIZATION . MONICA TOLD HIM HANG UP NOW DONT GET INVOLVED BEFORE HE HUNG UP I ASKED THE TECH IF I COULD FILE A COMPLAINT ON MONICA SHE SAID YES SO I AM. ALMA SHOULD RPLACE HER OR BETHE DISTRICT MRG.

Store can’t do much, most of the issues you have to call corporate. Prices are similar to other carrier plans which is surprising since no one goes to cricket for the best plan, they go to get an affordable plan.

A HORRIBLE representation of Cricket Wireless. I love Cricket Wireless but in my opinion this store is a scam. I purchased an SE, the sound was horrible and it's too small for me. So, I returned it within 4 days. I was going to purchase the iPhone 11 ($300 more) but chose not to as a direct result of my HORRIBLE experience with this store and the service I received from their self-identified store "manager" Alma R. When I arrived at the store the smell of excessive noxious cleaning chemicals was overwhelming. The employee, Alma R. who identified herself as the manager, was inflexible, unprofessional, lazy and arrogant. If I were the owner I'd fire her on the spot. I asked Alma if she could open the back door to get some airflow as the noxious fumes were nauseating and I have seizures as a result of strong chemical smells. She refused. I asked if I could stand outside while she helped me return the phone. She refused. I gave her my phone number and asked if she could pull up my account. She refused. She DEMANDED that I "STAND AT THE COUNTER AT ALL TIMES." Yes, she literally stated this. I'd step outside to breath during the transaction and like a toddler she stated she would not wait on me if I stepped outside. Alma R. has HORRIBLE customer service skills. HORRIBLE! At no time did she express empathy, sympathy, utter an apology, show understanding or demonstrate any kind of normal compassion. She is losing this store business. With her attitude I'm AMAZED she has a job. When finally I was refunded Alma R. failed to refund the TAX I paid! Resultantly, I'm reporting this franchise to the IRS, Consumer Affairs and the BBB. Alma R. charged an UPGRADE fee that this franchise requires I pay AGAIN if I purchase the next phone - which I will never do at this store. This Linda Vista franchise is holding my refund - that I paid with my DEBIT CARD- for 9 DAYS! 9 DAYS! When I purchased the phone this franchise took my money INSTANTANEOUSLY from my account but they are keeping my money for 9 DAYS?!? How is this legal? I went to my Credit Union and filed a complaint. I went to another Cricket franchise and learned that the Linda Vista store charges extra fees that the other stores do not. I left with a headache. This was THE MOST MISERABLE experience I've had associated with Cricket Wireless and I've been with them for a long time. I will NEVER shop here again. And I highly recommend you go elsewhere. I just learned today that you can order phones online via Walmart for at least $100 less and avoid this utterly MISERABLE experience. That's what I just did - and yes, I saved $100! Never again... Update: I just activated the iPhone I purchased online via Walmart with another Cricket Wireless franchise and learned that the Linda Vista Cricket franchise failed to remove my sim card from the phone I returned. They failed to wipe the phone clean after I returned it. They failed to notice that I am paying $60/month for a 4-year old OUTDATED Cricket plan and that's why my internet was horribly slow. They should have updated it. I just received AMAZING service at another Cricket Wireless franchise -- they activated my phone, updated my plan, downloaded all content -- and didn't charge me A CENT! Now, THAT'S EXCELLENT customer service.

I have not had the best experience with cricket customer service however Alma has always been very helpful Alma has gone out of her way to help me when my cell phone was stolen and the customer service over the phone were not being of any help they made it more difficult for me to get a new phone thru the insurance claim I will say phone customer service for cricket is the WORST!!! Thanks to Alma I was able to process my claim and get my new phone.

Using Cricket as my carrier for my cellular. Got the $60/month, unlimited data up to 22 gig. The phone service is excellent, knowledgeable people assist you, wait times are low or nonexistant. Happy with the bring your own phone, SIM Chip are cheep. I use auto pay and have not had any problems, double payment, too early, things like that. Coverage in San Diego is excellent. I had ATT, Sprint, T-Mobile, Boost and this service is superior to all of them hands down. One monthly charge always the same amount every month on exact the same day you arrange with them. So switch and save buy your phone and save big.

Cricket is amazing service. Have the 4 lines for $100 for my parents and grandparents. I came here to get a SIM card for my father's new device. I called 611 ahead of time and was advised the SIM card is only $9.99. I was charged an additional $25.00 ESN fee? They advised me they do not do ESN changes nor charge for activating the SIM card. I called this store back and asked why I was charged an additional $25.00 when Cricket Customer Care advised me that there is a charge just for the SIM card. They said it's a activation fee but my receipt says ESN fee. Long story short, they give additional fees to make a profit when they shouldn't. Avoid this location at all costs as they are based on profit rather then service.

First off I'd like to say that Cricket in general is wonderful. Same type of service as everyone else and waay cheaper too. If you're not using Cricket then do yourself a favor and at least check them out. I personally have three lines me, the wife, and her sister... 90 dollars total for unlimited EVERYTHING! Now that that is out of the way I'd like to say this particular Cricket store can suck a dick. I went there because my phone stopped working, I didnt break it, it stopped working. They told me well sir your phone is under warranty it will be replaced. GREAT, Im thinking I'm getting a brand new phone life is peaches. Well sir you have to call customer service, oh how do I do that I dont have a phone? I asked. This b**** had the gall to say well theres three lines on the account use another one of them #rude. Long story short I paid 60 bucks for a new phone. Hey lady go f*** yourself!

Horrible place for a phone.Young lady at counter worthless customer service.She stands there talking with what looks like a boyfriend flirting and keeping others waiting.Finally my turn,I explain that I purchased the Z phone from her about a month or so ago.The phone shut down for no apparent reason.I have insurance on it, she tells me I have to mail it in and it would take 3-5 days to get back.I needed a phone ASAP for work,so I purchased another one.About 1 month passes by and same thing!!! The phone stops working.I return to the same store,same lady chatting with a gentleman.Again she tells me to call Cricket and submit a claim.Went home and called claims department.Lady on phone tells me I have to be transferred to a different department because they have a different address on file for me.She had imputed the wrong address when she sold me the first phone.Good luck going to this place.Please hire a worker that actually cares and knows what they are doing.
