Terrible experience today and terrible service from Miss Ariana P. Zero professional, very bad attitude, she did not seem to be well trained, much less had knowledge of what she was selling. When he offered us something to sell he gave us a price and in the end the price was raised, he was asked why and he didn't know. Apparently she was in a hurry to leave, it was 6 in the afternoon when she told us that she was going to leave at 7 and if 7 arrived she would finish the entire process or not she would leave. It is understandable if she closes at a certain time but I think there are ways to explain and if she does not have time she would have given us an alternative or simply let us know that we are not finished and not start the process instead of leaving it incomplete. During the process of activating a phone, he left us inside the store for a long time while he got into a car that was parked outside, which is very unprofessional to leave the customer inside the store to get into a car in the parking lot. I also asked her why the next month's payment was more than what she had told us and she didn't know either, apparently she didn't know anything about what she was selling us.
