It was a great first experience with Mercedes at the desk. I walked in to inquire about the units and Mercedes greeted me with so much enthusiasm and positivity, it set the tone from them on. She eagerly showed me the units and answered all of my questions adequately and professionally. It made it easy to decide to get a unit that day. The facility was also very clean and the pricing were fair. They also offer military discounts too (so that was great!!!).

Nice clean unit. The process was easy. I went to another Cube Smart at first and it was scary. It had poor lighting and I got locked in and they told me to leave my car behind. Super shady! I'm glad this one was better. I would give the Aero drive one 4.5 stars and the only reason it's not 5 is because there are no trash receptacles.

Compared to my last storage place, this company is 5 stars (Morena Storage). The amenities include app remote-code entry and exit, climate control storage, and I felt the staff were professional and friendly. Additionally, I like how the traffic was minimal and most people were courteous of one another.

I would highly recommend CubeSmart. I've rented at four storage facilities in San Diego and this was, by far, the nicest and best value. It was safe, clean, the elevators always worked, the workers were really friendly, there was enough parking, there were enough carts, the carts weren't wonky, the design of the unit (opened the long way for easy access), and the hours were reasonable . These are all things I would have taken for granted if I hadn't rented elsewhere. I've already told my local family and friends if they need a storage unit, this is where they should go.
