I should have looked at the reviews, I asked them to look at my boat.When they sent me a bill for a couple hundred bucks I was a little surprised, but when I called to ask them if they could actually send me the "survey" they were immediately agitated? More than a week later I called again, but that really pissed him off... I did get my survey... However I won't be spending any more money with these people.

These guys repaired my wind electronics and saved me about 2K. Great service at a fair price, that is something to be happy about in the marine industry. I didn't have to break out another thousand. Thank you for the superb service .

Don’t use your credit card at this place I purchase something here and shortly there after started To receive messages about fraudulent purchases. The reason I know it’s this place is because I literally had just received the card the day before

I recommend Custom Marine Electronics who recently installed radar and a fuel data manager and a full NEMA network on my boat. The level of work was actually beyond my hopes and expectations. The work was clean and everything performs perfectly.Todd stands out in particular. He's the technician who did the work and his knowledge and professionalism are really beyond what you normally encounter. I don't think I'll trust my boat to any other electronics outfit. These guys did not just great work, but exceptionally great work.They turned my Boston Whaler into the boat of my dreams. Wow! It's now much better than it was coming out of the factory. I'm super pleased.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER DOING ANY FORM OF BUSINESS WITH CUSTOM MARINE ELECTRONICS. My experience with Custom Marine Electronics has to be the worst experience with any business I have ever dealt with. I never leave any reviews but I would never want anyone to have to deal with this type of service. I dropped off an inverter at their place in a secure location after hours. Well, their "secure" location was not very secure because they lost my inverter. I even asked multiple times, are you sure my inverter will be safe there, "yes I can assure you it will be fine". So now they have been trying to "figure something out" for the past 3 months. I call regularly and never get anywhere or even a callback. In the meantime of trying to deal with this dead-end road, all of my batteries in the van, which need the inverter to charge have gone bad because they can not charge properly. So now with the lost inverter and bad batteries, we are looking at about $4,000 dollars of damage. I am not sure what to do because now every time I call I just get told that someone will call me back later, which has never happened. I am extremely disappointed in the service of Custom Marine Electronics. I even offered to help pay for a replacement inverter in the beginning. Now I am here over 3 months later and don't know what to do because in all reality my 20-year-old self cannot afford to go and buy a new inverter (and batteries) so then I can use my dream van I build last year.

Won't mention names. Spoke with rep on phone about auto pilot install. Called back 1 week later left message on phone bank asking for him to call back as I received the auto pilot system and wanted them to install. Never received a call back. Called again got female receptionist, she said she'd leave message for him to call me back. He never did. 2 days later I spoke with owner, he said he'd give message to tech. Now it's 2 days later and s still no call.!!!!!!!

This marine electronics shop has a great selection of boat navigation systems, boat stereos, fish finders and so much more.I would definitely recommend them.
